“Have been looking for a few months now to replace my refina plaziflex blades, everywhere is out of stock!! Saw an advert for Tool Superstore on google advert. Ordered and was expecting a message to be out of stock!! Low and behold, no both were in stock, happy days. Arrived in a couple of days, happy with purchase.”

“The delivery packaging was very poor, the drill wasn't even in a box just some bubble wrap around the drill n put in a delivery grey bag. Unsure if drill is damaged due to being a Christmas present.”

“I would 100% purchase goods from this company. I had a manufacturing problem with an item I purchased and could not have received better service if I tried. My emails were promptly answered and once I supplied the details asked for they dispatched me a replacement item immediately, and they dealt with the manufacture afterwards. Absolutely great service.
