“Unfortunately the blade on my plasti flex nela trowel had quite a deep scratch on it but after I emailed it was sorted out very quickly and a new blade was sent out . Great service , really happy and will definitely be back”

“Still waiting for my f clamps to be delivered been a week now. The quality of the product is probably fine but until you change your courier you will continue to receive bad feedback from me (Evri worse couriers ever)”

“Extension pole came broken.wanted to send it back but needed it for work.so had to superglue the screw top back on.working for now but don't no how long will last.will say though the speedskim and nela trowels I ordered in the past are fantastic.”

“Gone from using dpd to DW for deliveries who require a signature unlike dpd,didn’t know this until after I’d ordered something.so wasn’t in to sign for it (can’t get a refund for paying for next day delivery) then 3 days later they delivery the item and it’s damaged.so I’ve paid over the odds for my item and I’ll end up going to the shop anyway to exchange it a week after I originally wanted it.been using TW for years tho and this is the first time I’ve had problems and I’d say it’s cuz of the currier.”

“Ordered at 10:54am on a Tuesday, and the item was delivered to Northern Ireland before midday on Wednesday. Hard to fault that level of service. Shipping to NI was expensive at £17.99 but I was unable to source the item locally.”
