“Unfortunately the trowel was sent unboxed in a bag, no bubble wrap or anything? The trowel is bent and has a massive nic in it ! I wouldn't ever order anything from you again !”

Hi Jack, Sorry to read this – this is completely out of character for our service as we at least bubble wrap almost everything we send out. The only things we don’t bubble wrap are items that are already pre-patched in cardboard. That being said, this is not what we expect our customers to receive and I’d be more than happy to have a replacement product sent out to you.
