“ordered 12 bottles of meths. packaged loose in large box arrived in a heap in collapsed box that had one bottle missing and been tampered with. odd items also in box i didnt order. got refund for missing bottle but not packaging element.”

“Orders a 950mm x 950mm I have received a 600mm x 600mm spot board. Still waiting for information from yourself about replacing it with correct size or refund. Not good”

“German engineering is it Flimsy tool, not accurate at all, you would expect with guiderail would be good Unstable as it is cheaply made but not so cheap to buy Frustrating Tried to contact TW Wholesale regarding the problem, just to hear its not their problem and I need to contact manufacturer”
