“Trowel was bent opposite way and looking down either side very wavy. Wouldn't buy a flexi or medi from here again must not be stored properly or courier must be throwing the packages about.”

“TW packing department needs a re think & some training paint tins in a flimsy box with only a bit of bubble wrap, No keep upright or fragile stickers or labels, hence when dumped on my doorstep by the incompetent Evri, it started to leak after it was brought indoors onto our carpet,which is now ruined. On opening up both tins were oval shaped , instead of cylindrical so had split leaking 10 litres of paint. A phone call resulted in an apology and a refund,carpet still beyond cleaning, so a new one is required to our cost. Can't review product only that you can't get it off a carpet........”

“This time a terrible experience. Over two weeks passed and still 90% of the order is not delivered. They confirmed shipped, with zero tracking information and then only 2 boxes arrived missing 48!!”

“Quick delivery good price how ever when I opened the refina superskim kit looks like b grade stock as the speed skim handles was scratched In quite a few places doesn't effect use and I will scratch them myself but when you buy something new you expect it not to have scratches apart from that good shop and will buy from them again”

“Unfortunately the Eazyscrim frays on both side's so the side's build up when using the scrim, I cut it back but still doesn't pull away as full width scrim....apart from that it is sticky enough but so annoying that I can't use the full width and I've bought 4 rolls of it so not happy chappy.”

“I have yet to receive the order. The courier messaged to say it would arrive on Tuesday and then apologised and said it would be the next day (Wednesday 29th) but no package has arrived. Please could you investigate this for me?”

“Extension pole came broken.wanted to send it back but needed it for work.so had to superglue the screw top back on.working for now but don't no how long will last.will say though the speedskim and nela trowels I ordered in the past are fantastic.”

“I bought 4 x 5 litre Everbuild SBR bond through the website, i received Everbuild PVA, i agreed to keep the PVA at a reduced cost, they sent out the SBR, but it was delivered to my home address and not my works address, no one was in to take delivery, luckily a family member lives a few doors away and took delivery for me, not a great experience, products were good and good pricing, next day delivery was good, if it went to correct address, i would still use T W Wholesale”

“Not sure how to review this. Product arrived after almost a week. It is a Marshalltown grout saw. The blade is secured by two threaded screws and nuts. Both screws were cross threaded. I'll be able to fix at home rather than send back but not very good considering the price. I suppose not TW Wholesale's fault so order/delivery process OK, but product disappointing.”
