“The spot boards are good. The stands I purchased from yourself are not very good due to they do not grip the spot . Therefore, every time you reload it wants to slide away therefore it makes it quite tricky to reload and if there isn’t much mortar on the board and you either knock it or push it with a row, it will slide off. I have managed to solve the issue by buying rubber end caps to go on the stands that grip the spot board fantastically but they should be supplied with them to stop this from happening.”

“Very pleased with item, just shocking delivery service. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but as the driver was running late they told me they tried to deliver but no one was in, which was total lie. Would definitely think about ordering from you again but only if it was from a different courier”

“Had a good experience ordering from TWWholesale for the first time. After order was placed 2 items ran out of stock so I had one item upgraded for the same price and on refunded as no similar tool available and ordered 2 trowels one came damaged for no fault of there own was manufacturers problem but I had a a replacement sent out and arrived the next morning”

“The einhell cordless heat gun arrived quickly, well packed. But in opening the postage wrapper I found the box had already been opened! Sellotape cut. It must of been packed like it. Thankfully the contents were all in the box. But it has put me off ordering again. The heat gun works very well. Thank you. Andrew.”

“Very impressed with the nela medi flex trowel. Only slight complaint I'd say is that my refina render spat was sticking through the box when it arrive. Luckily it wasn't damaged.”

“Quick service which was very good. The only reason for only 4 stars was I had wanted 2 types of holesaws and one of these sizes TW only had one item (I had wanted 4) Based on this I will use TW again & hope fully all sizes will be available. Worth another try!!”

“Mixer paddle arrived damaged - TWW were good they sent out a new one. The logo sticker on the mixer fell off. This is not really TWW's fault but I've asked for their advice on sticking it back on. I would definitely consider ordering from them again as very response and no quibbles sending out replacments. Shame about the label on the mixer.”
