Horrible Experience!! I used simple health until twenty eight health took them over. I’ve only had one or two successful orders since it became twenty eight health. I recently noticed I was running low on birth control and they had not sent another pack. I checked their website and found out my subscription was canceled with no warning whatsoever. I reached out to customer service who told me it most likely got cancelled because my insurance changed…. To which I responded that my insurance did not change. When I then said I need a refill they said okay we will restart your subscription and send a refill! They then filed a claim with my insurance and did not fill my prescription and denied filling the claim (even though my insurance literally has it on file). Trying to speak to anyone is damn near impossible. They do not have a phone number just chats and emails that take forever to get a response and when you do finally get a response they will avoid all of your questions and concerns.

I was randomly charged and sent birth control four months after I cancelled my prescription. The billing department decided that since I didn’t cancel my account, I can’t get a refund. I don’t recommend.

Charged me 12.99 even though I’m no longer a customer and they don’t even service in the state I’m in anymore.

This is a predatory service. I was transferred from Simple Health to Twentyeight Health. I received a few months of prescription and then I was notified to update my information. After doing so, I was never sent my pill. As a result, I actually got pregnant because of a lapse. Now, months later, after not using this service, I am billed 12.99 for a subscription that I did NOT consent to. Their website makes it difficult to access your own information and delete it. I am requesting a refund and termination of services and my account! Please do not fall for this scam of a company!

Do not waste your time with Twentyeight Health. Find a different servicer. The worst customer service I've experienced in nearly any industry. Confusing and frustrating. They took over a month to respond when I first switched over from SimpleHealth. The only thing consistent was that they kept changing the delivery quantity or the delivery date. I have tried to be so patient but now they want to start charging people a monthly subscription out of nowhere.

Hi Taylor, Thank you for sharing your experience. My name is Kelsey and I'm a member of our Escalations Department here at Twentyeight Health. I want to first truly apologize for this delayed response as we were unaware many of our customers were using this platform to share their experiences with our service. We're committed to responding to all reviews, positive and negative, and thoughtfully considering feedback from our customers.
With this in mind, I'm so sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with our service during your transition of care from SimpleHealth.
As you mentioned, in 2023 we provided continuity of care for thousands of folks from SimpleHealth and The Pill Club when those companies wound down their operations. This caused an unprecedented increase in volume and we completely acknowledge many of our customers experienced less than stellar service during this time. We've since taken steps to add additional associates to our Care Team and have adjusted many of our processes to ensure we're providing the highest level of prompt, efficient, and seamless support! However, your experience is definitely not up to our standards and I completely understand your frustration here. This company is an absolute joke and nightmare, they let me without birth control for two months without notice. Terrible costumer service. Charged me without letting me know l and without my consent $12.99 because now is going to be their monthly subscription. Waste of money, time and canceled everything with them.

DO NOT USE twenty eight health! They are an absolute joke!! I was a customer of simple health before they changed to twenty eight. I have had nothing but issues since they changed! They were constantly late on sending my prescription! I take birth control pills daily so it is very important to continuously take them or you have to use extra protection for up to several weeks. I can NOT get pregnant again due to health issues. I would message them to try to have it sent out sooner they'd tell me they would but never did. My last straw was when I got into my account and realized my prescription with them lapsed but I never received a notification telling me!! I have 5 pills left until I need more and there is no way I can get a refill in time. I am done with this company! Do NOT use twenty eight health!

Got transferred over from the Pill Club, response times take days and even then it takes multiple emails of back and forth to get real answers about shipments, not just default copy+paste answers. I moved to a different city, updated my address and emailed to confirm that my address was changed. For MONTHS they've continued sending the package to the old address (despite constant emails and reaching out), and after being told multiple different stories about my delivery, I finally got a shipment to my correct address a few weeks ago. I received an email informing me of my upcoming shipment, and it getting sent to the old address AGAIN, despite telling multiple people the correct address and being told that the information was updated properly. Beyond infuriating, and despite sending an email about their mistake again, I likely won't get a response for days anyways.

I was transferred from SimpleHealth (which I'd used for three years & loved) and found Twentyeight to be chaotic, frustrating, and unhelpful-- when they'd respond at all. I thought they'd get it under control after they'd had time to absorb all the new patients, but it has been almost a year now and I'm quitting now, after several months in a row of new delays. All communication with them is still slow, onerous, and opaque. Last month I got an email that my insurance needed updating; I checked it and let them know it was correct; and then had to go through that process two more times. I finally said I would just pay out of pocket to get my BC fast and follow up with my insurance to find out what was wrong when the newest CS rep told me, no, wait, actually it went through fine. She didn't tell me what the issue or solution was, which would've been super helpful because I'm having exactly the same problem again this month. Having to solve the exact same problems over and over is a recurrent theme-- Twentyeight does not seem to learn from experience, like repeatedly asking my insurance to approve 3 packs of Norethindrone at a time even though they will only approve 1 pack at a time. I'm done. I gave them time to improve, but almost a year later, they're exactly as incompetent.

CONSISTENTLY behind on sending out prescription, causing patients to be several days late. Saying need a review done when already done, doctor just "missed it". Prescription not rewritten as promised causing insurance delays. Just do not bother with this company. Go elsewhere!!!

Twenty eight health took over Simply Health. Simply Health was a smooth experience. Twenty eight Health is a nightmare. They simply don’t send your refill (mine is now more than 2 months late). They don’t respond to texts or emails. You can speak to anyone as their number just goes to a record message telling you to text them. There is no service. I wonder if they have gone out of business.

PLEASE DO NOT USE. 28health is a SCAM! They will charge you and your insurance company without your consent for prescription that you do not need nor did you authorize. Impossible to cancel or speak to a representative as you can only email and text. They will never respond. Do not waste your time on this scamming company.

I signed up, seemed easy enough. Gave them my insurance info- got my medication mailed to me...no cost because it was completely covered by my insurance. They gave me 3 months at a time. Well not here I am on month 3 1/2 with no birth control and my period is starting very heavily again due to no medication. They are blaming this on my insurance information not being correct. THE INFORMATION IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST TIME THEY FILLED IT AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I look onto my insurance online portal- they APPROVED THIS REFILL OVER A WEEK AGO. Twentyeight health is STILL saying that they don't have my correct insurance information and will not dispense my birth control- even when I have proof that they have billed and charged my insurance company for the medication.

Should be zero stars. I was transferred from Simple Health to Twentyeight and god how i miss simple health. Everything was so easy and 'simple' at Simple Health. they would charge me $45 for 3 packs of Mylan Norethindrone while Twentyeight charges for $25 for one packs. meaning i'd have to spend $75 for 3 packs. I also asked for my prescription (that I had paid for) in printable form THREE TIMES so i can submit it to a different online clinic but they kept ignoring me. the customer help chat responds so slow, and if you send a complain through email, they'd just send you another pack and charge you $25 more as if that fixes everything. Horrible experience, do not recommend.

I can clarify that while we are unable to provide copies of prescriptions written by a provider through our service, we can always transfer a prescription to a local pharmacy or mail delivery service of your preference! Regarding pricing, our pharmacy partners have increased medication prices several times in the last few years, and we’ve had to adjust our out-of-pocket pricing to continue to make sure we can serve our customers. Although we were not able to offer the price that you had previously with SimpleHealth, we do have a number of lower cost options starting at $18/month, similar to our competitors. While customer service is good and responsive, shipping and delivery seems to be incredibly slow. I was moved to twenty eight health from simple health which was much better. I sent in an order for a bc ring in august and still haven’t gotten any delivery or tracking info in december. Normally I wouldn’t mind as I understand they’re busy but i think that birth control and sexual health meds are important to have on time or at least let users now that wait times can take more than half a year to process

Twentyeight health is not be the best option. They gave me an RX at the start of November. I still don’t have the prescription. It was supposed to be delivered by December 8th. Now, they won’t even transfer it to my pharmacy. It’s taken over a week to get them to reply to my message, asking again for info on the pharmacy. This was after a month long debate about my insurance not covering the doctors visit that they boast as being free. They didn’t charge my insurance for the “visit” by the way. She read over what I had typed and gave me the prescription. I was with the pill club, loved them. But they shut down and transferred everyone. This is such a chaotic mess. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

After getting transferred from the pill club I was sent the wrong prescription. After several emails because you can't call and talk to a real person I got it corrected to the birth control I was on through the pill club. Asked for a refill of the correct perception and was sent yet another wrong prescription. It's been less than a week since I had to fight to get it fixed and they sent the wrong thing again. Seems like the keep sending me a more expensive script. Awful experience. Do not recommend

Same experience as most people here. Was charged $158 for medication and it was never sent. I reached out over and over and have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible customer service, a scam in general.
