When I thanked them, and said that it would come in useful, for the staff as well as the pupils, as we have gone through a very tough time in school recently, they very kindly sent a lovely gift box. The box contained tea, coffee, biscuits, stress toys, a sensory lamp. a notebook, a travel mug and a pair of lovely soft socks, along with a very thoughtful little card. This was above and beyond our every day delight using twinkl for our Nurture Group and EAL provisions. We are beyond grateful and this little touch was not in the least expected but very much appreciated during a tough time. What excellent customer service.”
