The response and feedback was very quick and Kate also noted that I have seven months of unused Ultimate membership, and should I decide to return to teaching, these months can be added back on to the account at no additional charge. Instead they deducted fees for the month of January and stopped my membership on 3rd of March.
They have been slow in responding to emails as well.Really disappointed with the customer service response.
