“I signed up for the free trial but then there is no way to cancel the trial if Twinkl is not for you. I emailed them and now have to answer questions about what i have downloaded and other stuff to prove my account, even though I am requesting the account shutdown from the email used for the account. Very dishonest way of getting people's money”
“I subscribed a personal account for my Playgroup few years ago. Lately, my team expanded the use by subscribing to a school account. However, we totally forgot to unsubscribe the old personal account, not until I found out from my credit card charges.
I wrote to Twinkl to explain my situation and not only they promptly reply to me, they offer to redeem my personal subscription right away.
