“Absolute scam. I cancelled my account but they continued to take payments for 3 months. Apparently I didn't click through to the very last window of the cancellation - there would have been many. Apparently as I also accessed premium content that day - and there's something in the very small print of the T+Cs that says: “19.1.11 You acknowledge that by accessing premium content, you are waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means that you will not be entitled to a refund once you have accessed premium content using the Membership Service."
