The tool's main advantage is the fact that kids don't need screen to work on their assignments. It allows parents to print worksheets and discover spelling and other issues with the kids writing. The diversity of the assignments was another plus for this platform.

I signed up for the free trial but then there is no way to cancel the trial if Twinkl is not for you. I emailed them and now have to answer questions about what i have downloaded and other stuff to prove my account, even though I am requesting the account shutdown from the email used for the account. Very dishonest way of getting people's money

I subscribed a personal account for my Playgroup few years ago. Lately, my team expanded the use by subscribing to a school account. However, we totally forgot to unsubscribe the old personal account, not until I found out from my credit card charges. I wrote to Twinkl to explain my situation and not only they promptly reply to me, they offer to redeem my personal subscription right away. I had a major issue with my account and spoke to Emna today. She was immediately reassuring and went the extra mile to help out. She also followed up from our call with 2 emails. I wish all customer care across other companies could be like this! 👍

I received efficient, cordial and friendly assistance from Laura primarily, who helped me from the start, with the additional assistance of Emma, Lisa, Charlotte and Heather. It was nice to see that although different people responded to my emails at different times, there was no frustrating backtracking needed and these ladies were completely on top of things and able to respond and assist accordingly with a thorough knowledge of the circumstances of my query. When asked for the case to be escalated, this happened easily and although I did not receive my exact desired outcome, they met me half way and we found a solution with compromise. Thanks for your patience ladies and upstanding service.
