I had an issue with the day when my membership money was being deducted from my account as it was not in line with all the other payments. I contacted the Twinkl support team to request a change to be made. Michaela, who assisted me with my request, executed the changes lickety-split and gave me feedback immediately after that and also sent me a link to confirm that I am happy with the changes. I truly appreciate the support team and their eagerness to assist and provide the best feedback and service. Keep this up. :-)

I made contact with customer services regarding an issue with subscription and was delighted to be supported by Gemma, who responded with immediate effect, demonstrating great kindness and understanding regarding my difficulty. Gemma kept me informed of progress throughout and was courteous, efficient, helpful and provided such excellent customer care that I have never found elsewhere. Even though my issue was in the evening, Gemma worked to resolve, no matter the hour. I am utterly delighted to know that people like Gemma still exist, happy to help, find solutions and resolve. I had an old version of a resource with missing pieces that I could no longer find on the website. The twinkl team found and sent me the old resource so I could get the missing pieces and didn't have a to make a whole new one. Very speedy too!
