Use twinkl to homeschool four children(2 of my own). 5, 8, 9 and 12 years old. I use probably 95% of our curriculum through twinkl. Correspondence I've had with anyone from twinkl has always been professional and efficient. Very happy user and have already referred 2 families. They also have such cool ideas and activities for public holidays and special days like Anzac, mothers day, St Patrick's day and Halloween to name only a few.

Twinkl handled my issue promptly and professionally. In addition, correspondence was helpful; staff were respectful and my issue was resolved in no time at all. I highly recommend Twinkl to those who are in need of great teaching resources that save you time and energy.

I have been using Twinkle resources for about 2 years. My students love everything from these resources. Recently I had some issues with my membership and few very helpful staff members - especially Amy, looked throughout my enquiry and everything was solved in a short time. Very grateful and looking forward to choosing other lessons, games, etc.

I don't think I have every had such fast customer services before, especially through email. I emailed my issue and less than 24 hours later I had a response. As my issues was a little more detailed, I had to continue to communicate with the representatives and the communication was fast. I even had another representative contact me to ensure I had all my questions answered and my issues resolved. I really appreciate the communication, hard work, and empathy they showed. Issues were fixed and I greatly appreciate everyone who helped me. Thank You!

Charlotte had been so helpful and showed great empathy and sensitivity when helping me adjust my monthly subscription. This has allowed me to continue to use Twinkl in a way that works best for my individual needs And in the most cost effective way. Her analysis of the way I use twinkl and matching it to my monthly subscription has taken Away a lot of procrastination and worry. Really really appreciated x
