Alexandra was prompt and efficient in helping me with an urgent query. She was professional and courteous, and provided further information in case I needed it, which I appreciated. Very thoughtful. I needed to contact customer service for a refund after an automatic payment was made by mistake and Amelia reached out to me in a matter of minutes and solved my problem efficiently and kindly, always emailing me with updates on my situation. Very excellent customer service, thank you Amelia!

I desperately needed a specific resource. I clearly outlined what I needed and enquired with support because I could not find it on the platform. The team ended up making this lesson for me and it exceeded my expectations. As an English teacher, I cannot find the words to express my gratitude. I am almost in tears. This lesson is beautiful, it is made for kids (which I needed) and it has more than I needed. I was just looking for material and they ended up making a lesson specifically for me. I am eternally grateful.

I wrote a review last week on Trust Pilot but felt I had to add another on this platform. I am amazed at how much Twinkl have gone above and beyond to help our home education journey. I reached out to ask if they have a certificate available for my daughter who recently started playing an instrument and within a couple of days they had made one and sent it to me (I was just thinking they’d send a link to one they already had). I am so pleased with the support they have provided, both personally and technically (when I messed up my own account details). The resources they have are fantastic and we’ve been able to solely use Twinkl to build our whole Home Ed programme. Thank you to the Twinkl cares and design team. You’re great at what you do - and have restored our faith in educators.

I've used Twinkl for years, as a teacher and a behaviour support practitioner and I've always loved the huge variety and exceptional quality of resources available. This week, though, I cancelled my annual subscription because I've changed careers. This led me to contact the wonderful support team to request a partial refund of my subscription fees. The support I received was brilliant! It was so lovely to deal with a team who were polite, beyond helpful and just sorted my query with no drama! They deserve a special mention, because they are fantastic and I'm guessing they don't often hear 'Thank you' for their patience, perseverance and tolerance when continuously snowed under with multiple customer queries. So, sincerely, Thank You. You ate hands down the best support team I've ever dealt with.
