“I've used Twinkl for years, as a teacher and a behaviour support practitioner and I've always loved the huge variety and exceptional quality of resources available.
This week, though, I cancelled my annual subscription because I've changed careers. This led me to contact the wonderful support team to request a partial refund of my subscription fees. The support I received was brilliant! It was so lovely to deal with a team who were polite, beyond helpful and just sorted my query with no drama! They deserve a special mention, because they are fantastic and I'm guessing they don't often hear 'Thank you' for their patience, perseverance and tolerance when continuously snowed under with multiple customer queries. So, sincerely, Thank You. You ate hands down the best support team I've ever dealt with.”
