Took a while to reply to email but did have one in the end, very helpful, let’s just hope I get my refund now. I have used some great resources from twinkl as a TA and not had any issues before this one.

I found some excellent material to start and subscribed, but after a month realized I had gleaned all Twinkl had on my particular topic - I tried to cancel my subscription but couldn’t find unsubscribe / cancel membership. I finally tried emailing the company - no response. Just now with Googles help and jumping through hoops I think I finally got it cancelled. Use the FREE option as long as you can to determine if a subscription would be worthwhile - generally a good product.

The work is just a bit expensive and most of them have a price. If all of the work was free, then I would recommend it to others.

Friendly and helpful staff who usually respond right away so no issues there. The content seems highly disorganized with vast quantities of outdated materials with little academic relevance. There is some very nice material such as the Beyond English comprehension units but these aren’t numerous so having a monthly subscription and not getting more targeted content seems unfair. Would like to see more in depth focus for grades 7-10 such as detailed reading comprehension with sets that not only have short answers and vocabulary but also fill in the blanks, vocabulary similes, true false etc…. Having 10 comprehension exercises on ghosts clutters the site and is really not an interesting topic to Devote so much content on. Definitely have the capabilities in place for redesigning the website and content, focusing more on quality than quantity.

While they do have good material, the information is too spread out for my taste, the organization of the items can be presented in a more orderly fashion too be able to find what I am looking for. Since I teach math and science and I want information on digital clocks, I don't need to see information on English. Also some of the representatives are not too bright when you ask them a question, thus nothing more than slightly above average.
