"First the good: \r\nI ordered two complete pakages of the 10\u201910\" Allround SUPs and they (nearly) arrived in the three promised days. My son and I took them out straight away and they are excellent well balanced boats. \r\nI\u2019d upgraded my paddle to a bamboo version and it feels great and looks good too. Both paddles are extremely strong with very little flex. It the last week we both paddled Llyn Padern in the shadow of Snowdon with a tremendous headwind, it was hard work but the boats and paddels did their jobs superbly. \r\nNow the bad:\r\nI mentioned nearly receiving my packages\u2026. One arrived without a leash inside the box so I e-mailed and phoned asking for one two be sent. \r\nThe phone is never picked up, you just go to answer machine and I find this obstructive, I \u2018d have been happy to wait on hold but thats not even and option which makes me think the phone line is not manned. The emails seem to be read once a day and the response was right at the end of each day. They seemed to not believe me when I said the leash had not arrived and it took over a week of back and forth emails (could have been \u00bd an hour if they had picked up the phone or responded faster) before they finally sent me a new one. \r\nI have since been on the sea and the board reacts well in a resonable swell too.\r\n\r\nOne minor point to alter would be to add a demarkation line on the 3 parts of the SUP paddles so now matter which extension you have it at you can always line up the black with the grip. \r\nOverall, great product but only an average customer service."
