“Amazing customer service! Royal Mail lost my first package (they are useless), I emailed their support and got a response within 5 minutes saying they have re shipped the items I bought! For no extra cost! The site is responsive and easy to use, the products are top notch, and prices are really good! Will be my go to site from now on.”

“It’s my first time using pouches to help me stop vaping and I can say they have helped me so much! I am on day 8 and only use pouches when I get a craving which is two times a day now. So worth getting if you want to stop vaping or smoking!”

“Extremely efficient service. Bought on Sunday, arrived Tuesday in the AM with normal Royal Mail shipping. All products I have bought so far were what I wanted, without any flaws. Well packaged in bubble wrap. They even add haribos as a extra! Really good work, one of the best online stores full stop.”
