“I've used this company a number of times and it's been a quick and convenient service. There was a slight issue trying to follow on from a promotion but after making a query it was dealt with swiftly and professionally and in this day and age it stood out as excellent customer service.”

“Having used TwoWombats a few times now following moving from vaping to nicotine pouches, I’ve honestly been surprised by both how varied their product range is, and how responsive their customer service team have been whenever I have had a query (Thank you again, Lee!), even via email I had a response within an hour and a half! Most websites ive tried seem to cater to those on the extreme nicotine end with little to no offerings for those of us on 3-6mg, TwoWombats has proven to have people like me in mind and seem to be getting even better with more brands and ranges. Very much look forward to ordering more!”

“I thought they had pretty good selection. Got my every day ones and couple of others. Couple of days delivery, they had options, plenty fast for me. They chatted nicely on email. All good, successful transaction. Normally give a 4, pretty standard. But for the correspondence, and if only for a second, I really did feel valued! Hope the transaction was mutually beneficial!”

“Two wombats is the only place I go for pouches now. They have all the flavours at strengths at great prices. Buy 10 for another 10% is amazing. Sometimes theres a mini bag of haribo in with your pouches too. Amazing!”
