“Unfortunately the shirt I wanted was out of as stock and a similar one was sent. I called and discussed it and a return authorization was sent. Tylers also kept me updated on the return and everything went smoothly. I will definitely do business with them again.”

“I ordered a women's Patagonia Nano Puff jacket from Tyler's TX which was unavailable at a retail store near my location in Florida. It was at my doorstep in Florida in two days. This was an unbelievably fast delivery. The jacket was beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you Tyler's TX. I will likely be ordering again in the future.”

“Love Tylers- have always loved it since growing up in Austin and it came in to town. Recently, I bought my nephew an online gift card for his 14th birthday (right around the age I started shopping at Tylers!) However, the gift card was never delivered- so that was disappointing.”

“Received a box with entirely wrong product in it, but with the correct packing slip (which has a photo on it). However, they did ship the CORRECT item out quickly, so it made it in time for the holiday. They did not sound very reassuring on the phone, but they made it happen !”
