“Ordered two pairs of Patagonia baggies, had the color I wanted that had been out of stock on the official website for weeks, not to mention I got a discount which is rare for that brand. Shorts are awesome and the shipping was fast, first time ordering and couldn’t be happier!”

“I went in to the store to return a number of shirts because I ordered the wrong size. I met Derrick at the counter and he took my return and went looking to see which items they had in store. Turned out they only had one of the shirts in stock so he got on the phone with various other stores to track down the sizes I needed. The level of customer service Derrick provided made me feel like I was being helped with someone I had been friends with for years, rather than someone I had just met. Will definitely shop there in the future.”

“Love their clothing. Very annoying/frustrating with ship time. When I checked out it said 5-7 days…but you may wait 5 days for them to gather items and then another 5 days for the shipping. Not ideal and not clear at checkout.”
