“I put chased a women’s ugh slippers online and chose the wrong color. I followed up immediately used the email on the email of the sale to explain the error I made. It was a Friday after your online purchases had left for weekend. Immediately Monday morning, Jon from the online purchase department assured me he had taken care of my error and the color I wanted was soon to be shipped. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. “I ordered a UT sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas which was delivered a few days after it was ordered. Unfortunately it was too small and had to be returned. The return process was quick and easy. I will definitely order from Tyler’s again.”

“This business was so pleasant to work with! An item was omitted from my order in my delivery. I simply called, there was no question as to whether or not the customer was correct, and my additional item was quickly sent. There was a nice follow up email. The customer service rep was very polite.”

“Tyler Austin Texas shirts are near and dear to us. In 2011 we had twins who were born 9 weeks premature. One of our twins we named Tyler Austin. In Feb. 2012 he passed due to many medical conditions he was born with that could not be reversed. My husband went to Texas for a military school shortly after our son passed away and ran across these shirts. He bought all of us shirts. Ever since then we make a purchase as the kids grow and as our shirts wear. Everyone enjoys wearing them as they are so soft and because they remind us of our son who graced this earth for just 7 short months. So we proudly represent Tyler Austin, TX in Ohio regularly.”
