“I ordered a Patagonia jacket for my son for Christmas which was hard to find and was very excited to ship it to him at college. However, what arrived was a Women's large black jacket when I had ordered a Men's medium in Forge grey!!! He was very disappointed and so was I. I tried to call customer service but no one has called me back the 2-3 times I have called and left a message. So I finally found instructions on-line to do the return. However, I should not be charged for the return shipping on this order because the wrong item was sent to us. It was Order #150370. Hopefully, you don't charge me the return shipping and credit my original form of payment in full because it was an expensive jacket. We have never had an issue with Tyler's until this order.”
