“My foot is a 9 1/2, I ordered a 10… it barely fit my foot. I contacted support, and Jon was the person I spoke with. Jon was courteous, caring, and fully supportive in getting me the sandals I wanted in the size best fitting to my foot. He checked with the manufacturer and found they run a little small to our size. Jon worked with me on the return and the replacement of the product, and was so courteous and generous in his time for my happiness in the transactions. If Jon is the example of this business, then I will be a repeat customer my whole life going forward!!! I recommend Jon for any position he applies, and I’d hire him to work for me if I ran a business!!! He gets customer service!! Thanks Jon!”

“Customer service was very nice but I got a compeltely wrong order. I ordered a pair of on running shoes and got wrong color and wrong model. I don’t live in the states so I will have to keep the ones I received. But I really would have wanted the original shoes I ordered.”
