Absolutely terrible. They market a different pair of shoes than the ones they send you. Their customer service sucks. They blame you for the coloring appearing different in person not on the fact they send you a completely different shoe. They also refuse to accept responsibility. Could not suggest this company less.

I ordered a gift card on line. I wanted an actually gift card but instead received an E card. Not what I wanted to give as a gift.

I paid quite a bit extra for the expedited shipping but did not get the package in an expedited fashion. It took them over 48 hours to even ship it. Bummer. It was a gift and I missed the opportunity to give it.

Tyler’s customer service is amazing. I had a missing package and was worried that I would not receive it. I emailed their customer support and they responded immediately with a replacement order. I was very thankful. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
