Website was confusing on how to order a gift card. Needs improvement.

I found it very difficult ordering an online gift card. So I switched to an actual gift card. It arrived as said, but that necessitated me subjecting the gift card again to the USPS. Chose not to do that. Great store and service but wouldn't recommend ordering gift cards.

The shoes were a present for a girlfriend. They shoes came in with a little dirty spots and yeah besides that I guess everything else was fine.

I bought a pair of shoes from Tyler's. All came as expected. They just didn't fit my feet and needed to return. I started a return, which was fairly easy, but I did incur a $7 return cost. Bit rough but then again they aren't Amazon.

Stupid expensive. Socks came without protective covering inside cardboard box. One pair still had security tag which had to be pried off with tools.

I was sent the incorrect bag. Instead of the duffel I received a backpack. I took it into the Tyler’s store here in Dallas and they processed the refund. Overall I like Tyler’s a lot and they were nice at the store but it could have upset my daughter had I not opened the box before her birthday.

I ordered a gift card on line. I wanted an actually gift card but instead received an E card. Not what I wanted to give as a gift.

You can’t use gift cards on the website. We had to call and get the credit added to my account

Hat came with a crease in the lower left front which was disappointing for a new hat that was fairly expensive.

I returned an item in the store that I had ordered online. They refunded me the price I paid for the shirt in store, but they didn’t refund the shipping. When I asked about it, she said she would have to make a phone call to see how to fix it and that it would take a while.

The hat I ordered was not great quality. Printed on design rather than embroidered. The hat looks cheap even though it wasn’t at all. The box came crushed and the hat was not packed well to keep it in new condition. It was just inside a Tyler’s bag and put in a box, so the hat was crushed too.

This was my 3rd pair of Brooks Beast 12.5 extra wide and this pair has turned out to be the tightest fitting pair ....I hope the shoes will become more comfortable to wear as time goes on...

We received the shirt I ordered for my husband with the large, black security alarm still on it. I’ll have to physically go to a Tyler’s now to get it removed. Feels kind of careless.

Interesting selection of clothes. Saw a tee in the Austin airport I liked and ended up ordering online. Design was great, but the T was too large. I figured out how to return it, however - there was no option to simply return + exchange for a different size, so I just returned it.

I was really surprised and disappointed that the Olukai sandals didn't not arrive in a box. They were a gift for my wife's Valentine's Day. They showed up in a tacky Fed Ex envelope, no packing, all smashed up! I will not use you again...

Love the store and products. I ordered online because I live 30 minutes away so and a pair of pants I ordered came with the ink tag still attached. Now I must spend an hour plus driving to have it removed. Super disappointed.
