"I purchased a bag from this company at Christmas and used it only a few times. The straps have all frayed and a big hole appeared in the bag. I emailed the company who were extremely unhelpful and not willing to accept any accountability for the terrible state of the bag. They suggested I drive over 40 miles back to the store for them to \u2018analyse\u2019 but didn\u2019t care when I said I have disabilities and had gone on the train when I did visit. Aside from the fact that it would cost me a lot of money to travel to take it back. I attempted to make a complaint which wasn\u2019t dealt with and when I asked for head office details due to then being in breach of contract for selling a bag not fit for purpose they refused to give me these details saying they cannot give out internal contact details! Avoid this company like the plague their customer service is shocking. Judging by the reviews I am not alone."

"Honestly the worst store. This is 2\/2 times I\u2019ve ordered something and it\u2019s come broken and damaged. Do not recommend AT ALL. The packaging was appalling. Not to mention it\u2019s impossible to get in touch with any custom service teams and leaving reviews on the website itself. 0\/10"
