“Placed an order for a tyre to be delivered to a fitter listed on the Tyreleader in March ‘23. The tyre was never delivered to the fitter as the company doesn’t appear to be operating from the listed premises. Tyreleader removed the fitter from their website and refuse to replace or refund the missing tyre. After 3 months they are telling me I have to take it up with their shipper to try and get compensation. Any other online retailer would refund or replace the missing product, not pass the responsibility on to a customer to liaise with their shipper. Nobody to speak to, all customer service is by WhatsApp or via their web portal. Worst experience from an online retailer. Avoid”

Wrong tyres supplied but will not respond to online messaging ticket system. No phone number but there is Whatsapp messaging which only achieves stalling replies of 'We will reply ASAP'. Have initiated chargeback, which seems the only way of getting a refund. I have used this company before, they do get 5 stars when it works, but when there is a problem then you are on your own. You have been warned - use at your own risk.”

Communication is non existing. Had to try and contact via the new sales team 19 times to find out about a warranty claim I had submitted on a tyre that was only 3 months old. Was rejected with no explanation. Then after 19 times I was given a fabricated excuse of alignment causing the issues. Despite having evidence all wheels were aligned at the time of fitting. I paid extra for this warranty service and this is an attempt of theft and fraud.
Never known such a incompetent shambles of pure ignorance from a company that I will now never use again!”
“I ordered 4 tyres of the tyre leader website, then discovered that my money had gone to an international company. So I looked up the reviews and thought I'd been stupid not to check first! Nothing but bad reviews! Damn what an idiot I was.
Ordered on the Friday, had a couple of emails from Tyre leader just to say the usual tyres were due to be dispatched.
I couldn't believe my eyes when Tuffnells arrived on Monday with all four tyres! There they were, direct from Nangkang!
I guess I'm the luckiest guy ever because the reviews suggested I had no hope of seeing these tyres and a long battle ahead to get a refund.
So. Would I use this company again? Not a chance. I'll take my luck and try somewhere else next time. I have to say though, for me, the transaction was as smooth as a could be. Thank you.”
“I order two tyre's on 11th of December. Tracking number was a joke, with no update soever. After 10 days they deliver one tyre only. Since then I'm trying to get any kind of information regarding second tyre. Customer service very poor with not concern about my situation. They are blaming the courier about splitting the order even I told them that is not my problem. I ask them to refund me but no answer and no update about how long it will take. Avoid this company as much as possible. They will just take your money and they don't care about everything else. If you get your items, if they've been delivered on time, absolutely nothing. They just care about the money. AVOID THEM , AVOID THEM, AVOID THEM!!!!!”

Ordered tyres and alloys on the same day, they shipped the tyres and cancelled alloys. I placed another order for alloys, which ended up being wrong so i cancelled the order to be told that i had to wait to refuse delivery because they had already shipped (this wasnt even 24hours after the order was placed). I refused delivery and the tracking information showed when the alloys returned to their warehouse.. it is now 7 weeks since then and i still havent recieved my refund!!!! Their customer service is sending emails in languages I don't understand.. i placed a chargeback request with revolut that they declined with no reason as to why.. i have now taken the matter to a legal root...This has caused so much frustration to resolve and the fact they can't even pick up the phone to have a conversation with me is so disrespectful!! Keep your Money and shop elsewhere... not worth any of the business!! shocking!!!!!”

“Poor, dirty tyres delivered as new (2 x tyres £369), On inspection the tyres delivered were 11yrs old (manufactured date 04/10). They picked them up quickly, presumably to remove the evidence but did not deliver replacements.
Customer service is a complete shambles and ruthless. 12days after the problem and over 15 emails (as you cannot all them direct) I still have no feedback or information as to how or when I will get replacement or the problem resolved. This company is run by a bunch of cowboys in disguise, the reviews on their site with only accept 4/5 star reviews all others are deleted the whole company is a one big arrogant online con. Use at your own peril. I am now contacting trading standards and the motor ombudsman as well as having to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back!!!!!”

In summary ordered expensive new tyres on-line tyres delivered were used and had a manufactured date of 04/10 so 11yrs old....... Yes Really.
Since then they have collected the tyres (evidence removed) despite over 20 requests for them to advise how they are going to resolve the issue. Clearly by their demonstrated business practice they are happy to ignore such requests and do nothing to resolve their mistakes - (my order is still outstanding). The only reason this company gets 1 star is that there is not a 0 star option. The case is now being escalated with my bank, the motor ombudsman and the business federation.”

“Tyreleader RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ?.......This is a rip off company ordered 2 tyres 2 jan 2021 1 tyre arrived 2 weeks later a day after the 1 tyre arrived had an email of Tufnell to say the tyres are out for delivery today never arrived I’ve been emailing because that’s the only way to contact them all reply’s are computer generated so it looks like i,m going to lose £80 this is now 6 weeks since ordering them I’ve asked them to refund and collect the 1 tyre the computer just says we will resolve so frustrating I’ve had to take the car to the garage and spend over £200 on 2 tyres so that has increased what outlay because I can’t wait any longer never again will I order tyres from any online company because of this”

Ordered 2 tyres, they arrived but one was badly deformed. 2 tyre fitting companies and 1 MOT station refused to fit this tyre under safety concerns. Tyreleader refused to replace saying they would find shape when fitted to the car and used. They fail to tell you that fitting means you cannot return them. I didnt fit and asked for a refund which will cost me £25. Complete con of a company. It didnt turn up in 72 hours like they said it would either.
Buy elsewhere. You have been warned”
