“ This time Tyreleader were £80 less than Blackcircles for a set of 4 tyres, so thought I’d give them a try - wish I hadn’t! My 1 order of 2 front tyres & 2 back tyres (different sizes) got split into 2 separate orders, using 2 separate delivery companies. ”

FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WE HAVE RECEIVED DPD TRACKING NUMBER WHICH CAN'T BE RECOGNISED BY DPD CUSTOMER DESK AND WE WERE TOLD AT DPD THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID. WE HAVE CONTACT THIS POOR SERVICE COMPANY TO EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION BUT WE JUST RECEIVED FROM THEM TRACKING NUMBER WHICH IS MORE LIKELY FAKE, AND NO EXPLANATIONS ABOUT DELIVERY TIME, THEIR CUSTOMER DESK DOIESNT EXIST, WE HAVE JUST ONLY FEW MESSAGE FROM THEM AND THEY STOP REPLY, WE HAVE NOTICED SOME PEOPLE WORKING IN THEIR OFFICE IS LEAVING FAKE GOOD FEEDBACK AT SOME WEBSITES,T YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY BEHAVE THEMSELVES LIKE SCAMMERS, WE HAVE BEEN IN TOUCHED WITH SOME TYRE SERVICE IN IRELAND RECOMMENDED BY THERI WEBSITES AND ALL FEEDBACK WAS BAD! THESE TYRE SERVICE POINTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM! WE HAVE CONTACT AND OPEN CASE IN OUR BANK SERVICE PROVIDER TO CANCELL PAYMENT AND REFUND US MONEY WE HAVE SPENT AT THIS PURCHASE, DON'T LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THEY HAVE A REALY BAD FEEDBACK! ”

“ No item, no refund, no care. Unhelpful, rude and not even willing to try to be fair. I didn't want much just what I had paid for or even just some information as to where the delivery went but no chance just got a rude sturn your problem... Save your self the time pay that fiver more ”

“ Tyreleader RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ?.......This is a rip off company ordered 2 tyres 2 jan 2021 1 tyre arrived 2 weeks later a day after the 1 tyre arrived had an email of Tufnell to say the tyres are out for delivery today never arrived I’ve been emailing because that’s the only way to contact them all reply’s are computer generated so it looks like i,m going to lose £80 this is now 6 weeks since ordering them I’ve asked them to refund and collect the 1 tyre the computer just says we will resolve so frustrating I’ve had to take the car to the garage and spend over £200 on 2 tyres so that has increased what outlay because I can’t wait any longer never again will I order tyres from any online company because of this ”

“ I am assuming that none of this is illegal but they are highly suspect and I would hate to have had a serious issue such as delivery of wrong tyres or other important problem. ”
