“I am working with u7buyut for 2 years I only work with them and I sold over 40 millions in this site so I think I am a royale seller for u7buyut.
My complaint is I sold 4500k coins at 02.04.2023 and my coin transfer process finished at 03.04.2023 18.18. My ea account got transfer market ban after just over 30 hours at 05.04.2023 00.21. They worked with me well and compansate me so I am thankful for this.
But after that, 27 days later I wanted to sell my xbox account's coins.
I sold 3800k at 29.04.2023 for xbox.
My coin transfer process finished at 04.05.2023 between 4-5 a.m.
Ea servers shutted down right after my coin selling process done. My account got transfer market ban when the servers as soon as get fixed at 05.05.2023 7 am. It is just over 24 hours. I talked with them I just wanted the compansate like the my other account nothing more.
Also I want to say I didn't do anything wrong I followed every step they said I did not log in my account I didn't buy and sell players etc.
I talked with u7buyut customer servicer about my xbox account's ban firstly they said they can't compansate me because it is past over 24 hours. I said ea servers shutted down that's why they didn't ban me in 24 hours because no one can be able to enter the fifa when the servers shutted down.
I send screenshots for server status and fifa e mail to them and also I send screenshots for my pc account. I said it was over 30 hours, way more than my xbox account but you still compansated me. After that they said it is nothing with 24 hours it is about the platform and we can not compansate the xbox. But when I talked with the other customer servicer she said If you contact us within 24 hours, we will compansate you regardless of the platform. As you can understand they are just making excuses. I asked can I talk with the manager to them but they are only delaying me. My xbox account's worth was slightly below 10 millions but now it is trash I can not play this game anymore without transfer market access.
In short my 2 accounts banned within only 1 month and they can't even compansate me they are just making excuses. Do not trust them thank you. I won't be work with them anymore if they don't want to help me and behave me like this”
