“Usually in this day and time you can’t really get the help you need. You often are talking to some call center that has no idea of the product they’re supporting, language barriers, push you to take it to a dealer which is just a way to make the dealer more money, or once the product is purchased they don’t really care! I’ve had to call UBCO on three different occasions: Twice just to order some things I wanted. Once to troubleshoot an issue. I spoke with a Clayton and I’ve got to say that he’s on point. The service provided couldn’t have been any better. I wish other companies withheld the same standards of service.”

“It would be great to know if you’re going to update the app so I can increase my HO to 40 mph like the new bikes. I have the same large battery and can reduce it to 20 for training , I think an option for 40 mph could be incorporated into the App.”
