I've ordered 6 items at Asda through UBER EATS. They were supposed to have been delivered this morning between 9-10 am. I received only 3 items around 12pm (it was delivered to the wrong location due to driver ignoring the notes and I had to wait the "neighbour" to bring me over my delivery) and the other 3 items are still missing. I ordered bread and ham in order to eat and not starve during my long shift, during which I cannot go outside shopping. BUT I AM STARVING because UBER EATS did not deliver my food due to incompetence and is doing nothing to fix their failure. I've been waiting for the delivery till now and Uber is not helping solve this situation nor are they compensating me for their fault. They just replayed: "make another order"and gave redund for the missing items. I CANNOT EAT THE REFUND! I NEED MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED in order for me to EAT. I had to do an order over £25 in order ro not have to pay for delivery but I still had to pay fees. Uber is not trying to help me get my delivery, want to steal money with new fees and is not compensating me for their mistake nor for leaving me starving for already 5 hours due to this situation was still not resolved. I've never had so poor service until today. If I could go shopping, got compensation or credit to make up for their failure or didn't have to pay more fees, I would have placed another order but like this, I feel that I am being punished for their failure which is not fair on me. At this stage, I DO NOT RECOMMEND UBER EATS due to the bad costumer service and failure to delivery my order.

The more money this company makes the worse it gets for drivers and for users prices are ridiculous and will you guys charge and give your drivers pennies gas is five dollars a gallon you guys steal the tips from your drivers and I have proof! I don’t recommend this app to anybody you guys should check other apps such as DoorDash Instacart go daddy and other ones

I ordered dinner from Chuys for me and my husband, the order was delayed because the driver had two other deliveries to make and we were last. When my driver arrived and dropped off the order, it was from Mas Fajitas and belonged to someone else. I contacted the driver and she said the other person accepted our order, I asked her if she read the order before delivering to be sure the right order was being delivered, she hung up on me, like it was my fault. When I tried to submit this to Uber via the App, the app froze on me. The food that was delivered was Shrimp Fajitas or something me nor my husband would eat. There was only one dinner in that bag and we had spent $58 for two dinners and a queso. When I finally got through to UBER, they denied my refund because I didn’t have a receipt or proper picture of the food that was delivered. We had provided the picture of the Mas Fajita bag that was dropped off and a picture of the items in the bag. There was no receipt and we didn’t take a picture of the actual food inside the container. So we are out $58 and had to run to Whataburger to get us something to eat and spent another $30. This is poor customer service from the driver and customer support. If they would look at the driver history they could see she had delivered the wrong items to someone else with the pictures that they have to take.

Changed delivery time from 40 minutes to 120 minutes then refused a refund when the driver hadn’t even picked up the order yet

Cancel order with no explanation after hours of waiting. Customer support line is worthless. DO NOT USE EVER IF YOU WANT FOOD DELIVERED.

I placed my order with them , they don’t delivery my food and refund my money , a code confirmation was not confirmed and so they delivery my order without my permission and the wrong adress

I have a four unit house that means four apartments inside my house apartment four upstairs ordered food from Uber eats. They bought the delivery on the way out. He stole something from apartment number one outside their door and Uber eats will not do anything about it even though I have a video of him leaving with the item saying it’s has nothing to do with me it was not my order. It has everything to do with me. It was my house and it was my item he stole from my Neighbor that I put down there for my Neighbor but they still won’t do anything about it. I never used Uber eats and now I never will because they have thieves out there coming into your homes and stealing from you thinking that you don’t have a camera well my house has cameras and we caught them And they don’t want to hear about it. You are disgusting. Uber eats and your workers are despicable thieves let him come to my house again. We’re waiting for him.

I got someone else's order, and I can't get ahold of anyone or do anything about it. And I really don't want their order. So this just sucks, the delivery person will not answer their phone.And there is no way to contact actual uber.Eats, if something goes wrong yay, I last order ever lol no thank you

Horrible customer service. The app malfunctioned, the delivery address was added as the same as the pick up address, which doesn’t make any sense. We provided screenshots proving the correct address entered into the app but they wouldn’t provide any refund and they were VERY rude. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. 0 stars

They replace what I ordered with something else without notifying me. It is impossible to speak with an actual person to voice.Your complaint and their site is very difficult to use. Their delivery fees are much higher in the delivery time is much longer. Forget about canceling an order.They make it impossible. I will stick with DoorDash. They are way more dependable and if you have a complaint, they have an actual person at customer support that you can talk to. They should be used in this direction.

Ordered pizza for my family and it never showed up!!! Guess what??? The driver delivered it to my back shed!!! You can clearly see its not an entrance and the steps have not been shoveled. Our front door is literally lit up with our street numbers on it. Tried calling customer service and ypu need to use a useless app to complain. Called Louis Pizza in Ottawa and they are complaining to Uber due to the amount they pay for this service. 90% of the drivers cant even understand directions cause im always going out and getting my orders from the car cause you know its them when the same card is passing back and forth in front of your house. Useless service. Guessing Door Dash will get my business now. Gotta love cold pizza!!!

I made an order from Uber eats. When I received the food because it was poorly packaged, the gravy spilled all over the food. I had to throw out the entire order. My order total including tip was $75 and they gave me a seven dollar refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor from Uber Eats, I was refused.

Don't order anything from Uber Eats; they rob you right in front of your eyes. If you order something from Uber Eats and an item is missing, you won't get your money back, even though you paid for it. I have since deleted the app.

I ordered a kebab from a local takeaway. the order was picked up from the takeaway at 5.30pm. the food order was not delivered until 7pm!!! I had already given up on the order ever arriving by 6.30pm as I couldn't get any response from the driver so got a takeaway from from somewhere else. I just sat down to eat it when the uber eats delivery arrived. I tried to refuse the order as it was stone cold bur the driver said it would be free because of the long wait. unfortunately uber didn't agree and would only refund me £10 of a £28 order!!!!! I will NEVER use uber eats ever again.

Would do 0 star if I could. Aside from the insanity of drivers making unlimited stops on the way to your house with your cold and stale food, today was the last straw where I made an order under $30 then got a notification letting me know the price changed to almost $50. This was after I confirmed th order and everything. Ridiculous.

I honestly don’t know where to start. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Uber Eats following an order from McDonald’s. The food arrived stone cold, the chips were like cardboard, and the entire order—worth £20—was completely unfit for consumption. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, food should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match its description. This clearly did not meet any of those standards. What made matters worse was the appalling customer service. I spoke with four representatives—Michael, Merwyn, Sheetal, and Tess—each of whom disconnected the chat when I politely requested to escalate the issue to a manager. There was no attempt to resolve the problem, no accountability, and no professionalism whatsoever. To add context, this order was for my autistic daughter. Situations like this can be incredibly distressing, and unfortunately, this caused her significant upset, leaving her tearful and anxious. A simple, quick resolution could have avoided all of this. Being passed between McDonald’s and Uber Eats, with neither taking responsibility, only added to the frustration. Needless to say, we will not be using Uber Eats again.

I order 10 meals in 1 month for a lot of ppl, tonight i ordered 2 meals from Chiloso’s in Dallas. Through Uber Eats, delivery person dropped one bag, had one dinner, missing my complete meal. Not only are prices way too expensive to eat out already, I’m paying delivery fees, tips. So I want my one dinner! I Am starving!! Tired and Customer service for Uber Eats credited my account for $2. What an insult! Guess it’s more important to rip customers off, then to correct orders on their sites. The one dinner this restaurant did deliver, was two specialty tacos, and side rice, the tacos had chopped two small pieces of fish size of Quarter, NOTHING ELSE INSIDE TACO. Was definitely not worth $2. I can honestly say Uber Eats, Chili’s have lost my business. And trust me I have placed quite a few orders. Extremely disappointed. Unhappy with entire services.

Gave cold food and lukewarm for every item that was supposed to be hot but refuses to offer a refund or even credit and they didn't give any explanation and all they keep saying is go through the app
