My delivery driver was on a bike. I live 3 minutes by car from the restaurant. He picked up my food at 11:45 and delivered it at 12:10. He did not have any other ordered to deliver according to uber eats. I am not eligible for a refund although my food is cold. I really will never order through them again. First time and last. Called to speak with a supervisor which has not reached back out. I am highly dissatisfied.

Really expensive two medium fries 10 piece nuggets Double cheeseburger Which took one hour and was cold to deliver five blocks from McDonald's. 15 percent delivery charge. And to cancel my order I would of been charged $18.54! I won't be ordering again. I don't understand how two orders fries 10 nuggets one cheeseburger is $40! Should of been offered two or three combos or discount variety. Not to mention I'm a uber driver. It's disgusting...

Never order from this company. The markup they do is pretty much criminal, reminds me of interest rates loan sharks make. And another thing, the delivery times are very very long, your food is almost guaranteed to be cold. They set an arbitrary time about an hour or more and if they make the delivery by that time they say you can't cancel your order. I think the Tennessee general attorney needs to look at the way this company operates.

I attempted to cancel and order within 30 seconds of ordering. The customer service rep put me on hold for three minutes and told me that they could not cancel because it was past their two minute policy. I asked for a supervisor to call me and the supervisor proceeded to be disrespectful and tell me that they did not care that my food was incorrect. To top it off the Uber eats driver went to the wrong hotel, causing my food to be cold.

Lost my food was marked delivered by a glitch called the driver he didnt know my address the customer service rep called i gave them my address and they gave him the wrong address again called back to see if they would refund me which they did but now i was stuck without food and i had to wait another 40 min minimum to get another order delivered asked if they would waive the fees and they refused or atleast tried to be more kind since they messed up

I ordered a £36 meal using uber eats as I am a disabled women who cannot drive to mcdonalds whenever I want to. When placing this order I used the mcdonalds closest to me which is 5 minutes maximum from my home. My order had been delivered from a location 20 minutes away from my home ensuring the food was delivered cold and inedible with items missing from my order. I tried to contact uber through the app with no reply even after multiple hours. I then contacted them through Facebook messanger to be refunded for thw items missing about 2 pound and 2 pound for the 5 pound delivery fee! I obviously was not happy with this in the slightest and asked for the contact details of a manager to basically be told no. So I spent £36 pound on inedible food and cannot get a full refund because they "refunded me" for my delivery fee which wasn't even the whole amount and the missing items. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering via uber again. I tried to leave a review on their Facebook page however they do not have that setting enabled so you can't leave any reviews at all

I ordered my kids 2 cheese burgers and 2 smalls drinks. (And 9 chicken nuggets which did not arrive). Altogether with delivery which said in the app would cost £3.99!! Apon ringing McDonald’s the delivery driver had just arrived and the girl asked him would he throw up the chicken nuggets bearing in mind I live an 4 minute drive away. and he very rudely said NO! “Not my fault” So I emailed Uber eats and they give me a break down of my receipt. All these charges- added on that I was not aware off or told off while ordering: service fee = £0.82 Delivery fee = £6.66 Delivery fee tax = £1.33 Meal Fare = £6.96 Tax on service fee = £0.17 Tax on small order fee = -£0.17 Small Order Fee = £0.82 Total = £16.93 This is absolutely shocking considering there was things missing and for all those “fee’s” the driver could not bring up the missing chicken nuggets!! He was extremely rude! I will never use Uber eats again and will be deleting the app. Basically I paid £10 for delivery for the driver to not even bring me back up the item that was missing. This is very unprofessional and absolutely rediculous considering what I had just paid!

Set up an account and ordered dinner for the me and the kids. Food arrived later than projected and was missing an item we paid extra for. Reached out to UberEats and they refuse to refund or credit me as they claim "After looking into this order and the information provided, it was determined that the delivery matches the order. Therefore this order can’t be refunded." The lack of customer service and care makes it difficult to trust them.

I spent $68, 19 days ago at Denny's. I had many missing items, AND my food was undercooked AND stale! I REPORTED THIS IMMEDIATELY (same night) and MANY times afterwards to get my refund and or Uber eats credit but THEY SAID BE PATIENT while they investigate??? After two days of going back and forth they then and still say I am not eligible after 48 hours for a refund and next time reach out sooner!???? IM FURIOUS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! .

We ordered a meal from a restaurant we liked. They missed the dinner sized salad. I immediately contacted them about the missing item. They agreed to remove the salad cost. The original bill was $76.89. Their adjusted bill was $74.32 after subtracting $13.57! What kind of math is this? When they charged my card (twice) $87.89 AND $11.00 tip that was charged twice! Customer service representative Crystal says they can't correct this because it's too late! I contacted them immediately! Not 48 hours later! I canceled my Uber Eats account and would caution anyone else from being taken advantage of! They are absolutely ripping people off and I hope other users get smart!

Client service is the worst! I had an order for which the delivery person did not deliver the order, did not show up to the point of delivery and did not reply to my messages and they're telling me it's not eligible for a refund because he said he waited for more than 8 minutes (don't know where??). Very unprofessional. I'm not using this app again.

Horrible and terrible. They gave me somebody else’s order and when i told the customer service in the chat guess what, i will let you read yourself. Here are the screenshots. I am furious!!!

Uber eats is literally the worst money grabbing all there is. They will not refund an order from TACO BELL that took approximately 20 mins or so. I order off the app more than I would like to admit but I ordered the same thing got beef and wait like 30 minutes for a partial refund. DOOR DASH. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I don’t even know where to start. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Prices are crazy (even with the promotions which are BS). Orders get canceled or arrive late and cold and they don’t care. I have always used DoorDash. They make mistakes but they at least fix it. Uber eats does not.
