Our order was ready and the driver waited 45 extra minutes to take on a second order. Rightfully got mad and they dropped the order so we had to wait again.

8 out of 10 times I’ve had to contact support it’s like a talking to a child. I’ve had to explain what happened at least 5 times. They say they’ve read the previous notes but you still have to explain what happened to the food. Again. If more than 1 item is wrong or missing, and your lucky enough to get 1 item fixed and you’re still working on more, they tell you they already refunded you and basically want you to go away. Like you’re trying to scam them. And it takes more explaining. I’m almost convinced that it’s a ploy with them so you just give up. Cause not all of there support team members could be this thick. I really hope some more competition starts to move in where Uber eats has to start training the staff to be better listeners, and when food is wrong, they don’t play Marco Polo with customers. People work hard for the money and it’s wrong what that the support won’t listen or be worth right and avoid taking up peoples precious time and money.

I ordered a buy one get one free offer and the restaurant only delivered be 1 portion instead of 2 and then I requested support to at least give me half the money back and they refused, I was robbed!

Uber eats is the best. Shout out 2 Erick who works in the Washington Heights area and delivered these delicious meals on time. Uber eats es lo Maximo controlan El juego, y un saludo a Erick el pana K me hizo el domicilio y la comida llegĂ³ A tiempo y calientita.

Terrible company with terrible customer service. Order never arrived and instead of sympathising they are blaming the customer. Would recommend no one ever orders through Uber.

I ordered food, but it never got delivered. When I called the restaurant, they said it had already been picked up. What happened to my food and my money? I reached out to customer service, but they were no help at all. I miss the days when restaurants had their own reliable delivery drivers. This experience has completely turned me off from using Uber Eats.

The site defaulted to an address I used when I was on an overnight trip with my job as a flight attendant. I tried to change the address but as I entered my order the site kept defaulting back to the wrong address. When I thought the correct address was entered I placed the order and the wrong address replaced it. There was clearly an issue with the website. I am in MD but the old address is in AZ. The Preparing Your Order message was continually blinking as I was having this issue. I finally got the address to change and cancelled the order. I was then sent a message the charge would be $25 to cancel. The merchant had not made my order but I was still charged. This policy is being quoted to me and a refund is being denied. No where during the order process does it make known this policy exists. THIS EXPERIENCE WILL FOREVER KEEP ME FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH UBER ANYTHING!!!!!

They said 25 to 35 minutes. Now it will be more than an hour for first delivery. What do I have to do to get reliable time for delivery?

The estimated times for delivery are consistently wrong. The lack of communication when orders are running late is appalling. If you order food and tell the restaurant about your allergy, if the restaurant still provides food with the allergic ingredient, nothing happens. There's a possibility to get a refund but there are no repercussions. Considering how much they charge, it's an absolute travesty that this company is still popular.

Driver picked up my order and never delivered it. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my food there was 2 other drivers trying to pick up my order as well. I would never use Uber again.

I place an order for a $81 steak dinner, which included a 15% tip for the driver. ANIJAH the driver made several pickups while driving my dinner around town. After 2 1/2 hours, the app showed her stopping at Cracker Barrel. I then contacted customer service to cancel the order. While I was on the phone with CS rep Farrah, I edited the tip to $0. This morning, I see the tip was put back as a charge! Also, the text messages between the driver and myself have somehow been deleted.

I would give Uber eats 0 stars. The driver delivered to wrong address & Uber eats refusing a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service. Automated messages doesn’t matter what’s gone wrong customer will always pay for it as genuine help non existent. It’s cruel not delivering food & still making you pay for it. Incompetent drivers, greedy company to be avoided.

I’m an Uber Eats driver and I’m very professional and when my customer orders a drink and the restaurant doesn’t inform me I will go out of my way and out of my pocket to make sure my customer gets a drink. We do not get paid much taking these meals to our customers. We live off of your tips if you don’t leave a tip we do not get paid. When we verify the order we can not look in your bag because it’s sealed and unsanitary. So if food items are missing I would call the store directly and complain. There are Uber drivers that do not care and possibly steal food. Which impacts tips on all of us. I also think that when your food arrives go through it to make sure you have everything if not ask your Uber driver if they are kind enough to take the food and go back to the restaurant to fix your items

I see why it has an average of one star now. I have been using Uber for years. Last week the app didn't update my location & I accidentally ordered food from the US instead of Canada. I immediately canceled but apparently even a minute is too late as their support stated that vendor excepted the order & i had to pay a whopping $25 for thier apps mishap. I have deleted the app & will use Lyft & Dordash from now on.

Everyone is complaining about the same thing that happened to us! The order was missing an item and there is no one to call and the automated "help" system won't do anything but continually say that the order was confirmed as correct and not eligible for any refund. What a dishonest business. If any of us did our jobs like this we wouldn't have jobs. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER
