Horrible been fighting with uber eats for almost 3 weeks to get my money back when they tripple charged my card. Was told many false things, that the 3 charges are correct, that I submitted my complaint 48 hours too late ( I called minutes after I saw the charge the day I ordered), told that the charges were for a ride, I never ordered a ride. This last time when I called, they were singing happy birthday and I could hear a party in the back ground. They didn't say hello to me on the phone just kept singing, I called 4 times, and each time they were still singing.

I placed an order for two shakes and the driver delivered only one of them. Driver said one fell in the floor which I am certain is a lie. Uber Eats refused to give me a refund for the missing item. I will NEVER order from their app again. It’s theft!

Lisbona: ordine di circa 90 euro effettuato tramite app. Consegna mai avvenuta. Il pacco è stato abbandonato a 2 km dall'indirizzo indicato nell'ordine. Contattata l'assistenza di Uber eats, assente la sera stessa dell'ordine, ha risposto il giorno dopo accollando la colpa su di me. Semplicemente ho inserito un numero di telefono diverso da quello del mio account, perché mi trovavo all'estero. Hanno utizzato questa scusa x non rimborsarci. Inaccettabile! 90 euro buttati via senza cenare!

I have ordered yesterday and food never arrived. I have called the delivery person and he refused to answer my call. I have logged the help on Uber eats. They never responded. We wait for an hour and order again from another app for our food. Such a poor customer service and the driver karishma rude person

I've purchased from the same restaurant many times, yesterday the food arrived cold, soggy chips and stale kebab {shawarma} did complain, received part refund, my guts are bad this morning. Enough said.

A delivery address I didn’t put in was put in for the order. Not even 1 minutes passed from the time the order was placed to the time I tried to cancel and I was charged 31.00 for the cancellation!!! They claim for “Fairness to the Merchant” Wendy’s doesn’t charge 31 dollars for 2 frosties, large fry and nuggets! I will never use Uber again! EVER

The most awful service ever I’ve been a member of Uber & Uber eats for many years and out of all of those years I think they may have gotten 4 orders correct there services are horrible you go to get help to get refunded for what’s incorrect or missing and they serve no help and end the chat. I ordered a salad with extra dressing and revived no dressing they said they couldn’t help because the item wasn’t missing so now I’m stuck with a $13 bowl of lettuce. Another time they delivered me an empty bag with no items saying they were all out of stock and they refunded the items but I still had to pay the delivery fee for a EMPTY BAG. Uber eats is thee biggest scam to date and I hope they figure themselves out but by the time they do I will no longer be using there terrible services.

I’ve been burned so many times. They deliver to the wrong place and if you press a wrong button they charge you anyway. Uber eats is the worst

If I could give them a score less than 1 star than I would. Horrible horrible horrible. I was and have been paying for Uber One, which had a different name before, and supposedly for a better service. I use them religiously weekly if not more, typically spending 100+ dollars every time. Even with that my experience with their customer support has been horrible and apparently based on their overall rating its not just me. So what happened? I decided to order some food and as usual we did so. It was right around 1PM if not a little earlier. As normal I received the message that the food was on its way and started watching the map. The delivery person started to move but the stopped right before leaving the parking lot. There was no movement for more an hour after that and the "time for arrival", which means absolutely nothing in the end, and at this point was around 2:34 (image attached), just kept being extended. I knew I couldn't cancel myself or I would be charged so I got in contact with the "super Uber One support". I didn't note the name of the person but he investigated the situation for various minutes and said that the delivery person wouldn't respond to him either. HE THEN SUGGESTED THAT WE CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE ITS TAKING SO LONG. He did yhe cancellation on his side NOT ME and apologized for the issue. He even gave me a discount for the next order. So the next day I recieve a receipt for the full amount of the order charged to my card saying that since the restaurant made the food already I had to pay for it. WTH. I didn't cancel, Uber Eats cancelled. So I get ahold of Uber explaining the situation and this time Im speaking with Omar. All Omar has to say is because I've had issues with missing items from restaurants before then I'm not eligible for refund. We aren't talking about missing items, we are talking about an entire order that didn't arrive because their support team cancelled it. I repeated my concern and Omar just repeated the same thing and in part gave me the impression that he didnt even read my response. There are many more services nowadays and Uber Eats is no longer the monopoly. We need to find services that really value their customers. I'm done with them.

Beware of Uber eats!!! You know what they did..they charged me the full bill for cancelling my order within a minute of ordering because most of the items I needed were unavailable at the particular store I usually ordered from.So, I saw the option of cancelling the order and did so and, believe me, there was no pop up or alerts that I would be charged $ 222.17.If I had been alerted,I wouldn't have cancelled and tried to be satisfied with whatever the store had.Now ,it's been 5 days and every time they say the money can't be refunded as the store had already started the order.How could the store start an order when I had cancelled it within a minute of ordering.When I called the store,they said that they never started the order and they had nothing to do with the money.I am so frustrated because I got robbed of $ 222.17 and then I had to order groceries worth of $ 280 from another online store.

You should never order from here... They leave your order on the street where you're not located. You will never receive your order. The delivery people don't even know how to get your location then they just dump your food anywhere on the street and confirm that is delivered. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL REGRET it there will be no resolution!!!

Uber app sucks. If I'm ordered something from the same place 25 times I'm not sure why the app doesn't automatically put that in since it's my favorite. I called the restaurant of the other one where I don't order from 45 seconds later and Uber said it was they were already making the order. That was a lie because I called the store first. They said no problem but Uber customer service said they already start making the order no they didn't. There's a reason they don't have a phone number. Doordash is just as bad if not worse. Oh and they need my email to make sure I'm genuine that's their name disingenuous

Ordered from McDonalds through UberEats. Had a call from the driver saying he was outside but went outside and he wasn’t there so called him back and tried to give him the address and asked him where he was. He kept saying wait and then hanged up. 2 minutes later had a notification saying “order delivered”. Send three messages to UberEats and tried to ring them saying that my children are still waiting. It was £48.15 and they’d better refund it! What a rubbish service! Would never order anything with them again!

No customer service Poor/no customer service phone contact. Driver didnt speak english at all. Couldnt communicate, got lost, didnt understand me at all. No customer service phone number at all. Wont use service anymore, deleting app. Will use other services with better service+ customer service with drivers who can communicate at least a little/enough to work things out.
