The driver canceled my order after I was trying to get in touch with him because it said he was here but he wouldn’t follow the instructions to deliver the food correctly! Called Uber eats customer service and now my order isn’t showing on my app but my bank account says the money was taken out! Uber eats did nothing! Very upsetting and will not use again! This is was a decent size order I can’t get refunded and I received no food!

Uber Eats just cancelled my order without notice after a 2 hour wait. No compensation or anything. Don’t order from here. They are awful. Last time we used them they allowed a driver to steal my husband’s sunglasses. We will never be using them again.

I recently called Uber eats customer service regarding an order from Postmates. I called her number at 1-833-275-3287, and let me tell you this is probably the worst customer service they have. I wanted to increase my tip to the driver who delivered my food. Postmates did not give me an option to increase my tip or to choose my tip under website. The representative could not help me at all and I requested to speak to a supervisor and when I did so she said that there was no supervisor available at this time period I told her I wanted to wait on the phone for the supervisor. She continued to tell me that the supervisor is on a callback basis only and when I ask for her name , she basically hung up on me. Probably the worst customer service ever encountered. I will never ever, ever, ever order from Postmates or ubereats ever again!!!

I placed an order. I confirmed with the driver my apartment number. He never delivered my food. Customer service refunded the money. I should receive it in 3-5 business days. However, they can't refund the tip. Because they already refunded my money, I can no longer make a rating on the driver or reduce the tip. In my eyes that is a thief! I will use Door Dash from now on.

I am the owner of a takeaway . I have requested to change the Bank details and ask them for procedures. They took more than a month to put in process to change the bank details. All the formalities is done and got the confirmation to request bank details. For whole month nothing been done bagging to them to change the bank details. Spoken to the manager in very polite way but this company are bloody rubbish. I have filled form 4 times to change the bank details but all people are sleeping. I have use some time slum language on the phone but still no response and nothing been done . Hope all Uber eat staff is getting paid because your service are pathetic. If anyone see my review or do think to take action then call me asap otherwise f………. I am ready to through your Uber eat machine in the bin .Bloody idiots .

Worst customer service ever, even worse than Doordash and I didn't think that was even possible. Offered me a $20 off, I ordered, they would not honor their promotion and not for the first time. They lost an entire family of 25 today as customers, we will never use UberEATS, again.

Their delivery driver delivered £41 worth of food to the wrong address and they won’t give me a refund because they said the driver has exhausted all means to contact me. I have not received a message, a call, nor a ring at my doorbell. A friend was even waiting downstairs for our food and no delivery driver showed up. Ordered food via Just Eats on the same night and the food arrived just fine at the same address. Uber Eats and Uber for this matter is a disgusting company. Will never use Uber again! Greedy company!

Worst company I have ever dealt with cannot contact anybody about complaint waited 4 hours for delivery and nothing recieved cannot contact anybody for refund so lost £47 as restaurant wouldn't refund

try to get my food and never got it and on top of that they make you pay 6$ on top of that then you get food and that not the fee for it

This is the 3rd time I have ordered and was picked up from the restaurant but never delivered. When I call customer service, they said there is nothing they could do. They xouksnt even get a hold if the driver.

Tried Uber Eats for grocery delivery three times. Each time they got the order wrong. The last time was today which was the final straw! The produce was rancid, the unsweetened almond milk I ordered was incorrect (they delivered sweetened), the carbonated drinks were the incorrect brand and incorrect flavor. I had EXPLICITLY STATED "no substitutes". Plus, I was NOT given the promotion as promised. I checked my credit card, and to add insult to injury, they upcharged me nearly 50% - with NO EXPLANATION. I contacted support and got the run around on the promotion code saying that it didn't work in my area - I WAS EMAILED THE PROMOTION FROM THE LOCAL STORE!? I was also told to take picture of all the errors which you can imagine was a nightmare doing it from a desktop while chatting and running back and forth to take pictures with my phone to upload to my desktop to chat. I was cut off three times from the chats because the support persons either didn't want to help or couldn't help and were not able to tell me why - despite me repeating myself, sending pictures, and asking them why they didn't answer my questions explicitly. Instead they gave me clearly copy and pasted answers. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I CANNOT SEE HOW THEY CAN CONTINUE WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Needless to say after wasting nearly two hours with UBER, I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company and provided them with an explanation of what happened for a complete refund of the fraudulent charges.

No one answering me from uber eats, really quite poorly on weds last and confined to bed, ordered uber eats and 30mins later got a garbled undesipherable phone call, phoned the number and bloke said he was ubereats and he said he's gone. Tried the number again and recording said I am not a customer so can't put me through. £14.99 stolen from me by ubereats and you cannot contact them. So is the gig economy built on theft?

Worst delivery drivers hired in the country. I have given reviews in negative if there would have been an option like negative 10 out of positive 10. This is how bad they are. Stay away from Uber drivers.

Nothing like paying $19.55 for fries and wings and have them show up cold. I tried to notify Uber Eats but was only able to choose from lists to let them know there was an issue with the temperature. That was it. Case closed. Yeah, I'll walk somewhere to lunch from here on out, every time. I was so excited to get the meal, I'm diappointed now.

Omg I had a $25 coupon from Uber eats and I ordered from El Toro and got this and the service was great food was great and the delivery driver got there early I love Uber eats

Overcharged for $25. Used $25 voucher but still charged my Amex the entire amount. Calling them was a 2 hour nightmare and then they said “contact your bank”. I should have done that first. They want me to rate the business, the delivery person, but no place to rate them. Will NEVER use again

I cancelled the order right away and the app said the cancellation was successful. Three days later I found That my CC was still being charged so I contact their supports. I talked with 4 of them and they told me that I should contact them within 48 hours, are they kidding? Your app told me a successful cancellation. One of the support told me that cancelling order is a BAD idea but why your app allowed me to cancel and cancellation was successful. Never Uber Eats again.
