Driver brought wrong order and when I immediately called her to get it fixed she said she would take care of it. I havent heard from her since and she wont answer her phone. I was charged $5.99 to have my order delivered and gave the driver a $3.00 tip. Now Im out almost $10 for an order I never received. Never again UberEats.........

Pathetic avoid! Out $30 don’t even want it back! Put in correct address twice and still went to wrong place! Just gave away $ with a tip!

Am so tired of jealous girlfriends showing up with the delivery guy…giving dirty looks and holding on to my orders…. Especially if it’s a liquor order… like so confuse keep y’all domestic violence at home please. The girl was mad her boyfriend scan my ID and said have a nice day…. Like wow

You'll have an easier time being listened to by poorly-designed self-help AI than the support staff, who will use stock replies and ignore your issues. Couriers are 50/50, often ignoring detailed delivery instructions and trying to deliver to your neighbours. To top it off, if you think your courier has been in an accident, support will discourage you from calling emergency services - a company that doesn't care about their customers OR their own employees. Avoid like the plague. Use a different company if you can.

POOR COMPANY EFFORT TO QUALIFY GOOD RESTAURANTS. STRICTLY A DELIVERY SERVICE,, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY COLLECT THE MONEY BUT DO NOTHING TO ENSURE QUALITY.. SCUM BAG BUSINESS. STOP WHILE YOU ARE AHEAD.USE REFERRAL SERVICES FIRST.

Uber Eats messed up my order from Total Wine when their driver incorrectly canceled (they admitted), but we’re going to charge me $15 alcohol restocking fee, nonetheless. I had to call and talk to customer service, and they were unwilling to give me any compensation, except to refund the stocking fee, which was at no fault of my own. If you have an alternative, don’t do business with this company. Uber operates on sort of a one-way street principal – if you order either a car or delivery and then you do something like not show up they will charge a cancellation charge. However, if they cancel, it’s all on you with no compensation. Not nice.

My daughter wanted to surprise her dad for Father's Day today by having lunch delivered to him. Evidently a code was supposed to be given to the driver to make sure he was delivering to the right address. They left the food outside someone's front door (not ours); my daughter had to place a second order. They told her they handed the order to me; again, they did not ask for a code. I'm not sure who received either of her orders, but it certainly wasn't her dad. She's a single working mom with two kids, so she certainly doesn't have $60 to just throw away. She was told she would not receive any refunds. This is so wrong. I will use every avenue possible (to include a Congressional letter to my Congressman) to get the word out about your horrendous customer service. You should be ashamed. J

Terrible customer service and terrible ownership But I expect that from those people that work up there. I ordered on Uber eats and I got the 10 piece with extra crispy and all drum. Extra crispy and all drum cost about 75 cent each so I paid for it. When it came I didn’t have the all drums or the extra crispy but of course you know they charged me. They obviously don’t pay attention to what people order or they don’t care. I think it’s because they just don’t care. And if you go up there and look at those type of people they actually look like the type of people they don’t care about anything or anyone unless they look and talk like them. Uber eats didn’t give me my money back because they said the store doesn’t do refunds. So I would advise people to not order from Uber eats at the store and honestly I won’t be going back at all.

Hard to reach actual costumer serves .made an order and was confirmed, but 3 drives tried to pickup my order and find out that business is closed. and they just vanished me which I can understand them in the way.Meanwhile I was trying to reach customer service. They offered me a reward for 10$ but I was never was able to apply it for my next order. Also my previous order had missing some food that I ordered. They also rewarded 5$ I was never were able to use it as well. Uber eats starts scamming ?instead of peaceful morning I had to do bunch of phone calls. 2 hours later my food is still not here .Canseling my membership and never ordering from you guys. Not professional at all,the whole time I felt that I'm being scamed .buy buy uber eats.

Ordered at 1018am for McDonald’s breakfast then the driver called at 11:10 to say that the first driver did not collect my order then by the time he got there it was passed the breakfast stage . He asked me to cancel so I would be wiped from his screen as he couldn’t continue to work . But after enquiring I would still be charged and no refund would be given !!! I could only speak to a bot on the app and we went round in circles . Then the driver cancelled giving the excuse that he couldn’t get hold of me or communication with me which I spoke to him on the phone and had proof of this . Eventually I got my money back but very angry that they lied and a very bad service !!

This is very unfortunate. I have been going back-and-forth with customer service about my refund. The food that I receive was horrible wasn’t what I ordered and stuff was missing. If you tell me that you’re submitting a refund for the total amount and the tip that means you should get all of your money not some of it but that’s not the case they tried to make it seem like, the tip was refunded I know how to add none of it adds up together

I ordered the food and realize there is a missing item, so I decided to cancel it because each order it will cost the shipping fee. After cancellation they charged me full amount of the money for the food even though I cannot get any food. It was only like 2-3 mins after the order placement, they say the restaurant started the preparation so need to charge the full amount.. It is ridiculous after 2 mins the food is ready and the driver is wafting at a front door of the restaurant??? So in the end I lost 30EUR just clicking the bottom by mistake. The app is so stressful to use and the customer service is worst ever....please stay away if you do not wanna lose money for nothing.

Uber Eats short changed me with an incomplete mcdonalds delivery instead a a ÂŁ16 refund, they gave me a ÂŁ10. and their customer services team said the ÂŁ10 refund is final. I really do feel I've been scammed out of ÂŁ6 from Uber Eats. I've unregistered fron Uber Eats and will NEVER use them again. Absolutely ATROCIOUS service.

I live in south east London. Driver name is DANILO and he delivers in SE16 area. I CLEARLY stated in the delivery instructions that my intercom doesn't work, so I asked the driver to please give me a phone call once in front of my building. Driver came and waited for 7 minutes without calling me and in order to prove that the delivery was made he took a picture where my order is not even seen; so that his picture proves absolutely nothing, it's just a picture of the door of my building. Once gain his name is DANILO, a 20ish years old guy and a uber eats "delivery partner" who stole my order 100%, and uber eats customer service stated that after looking into it they won't refund me as DANILO abode by their policy according to them. They stole my money. I will sue them just as a matter of principle. Of course, no food received and money taken from my account. Avoid at all costs, disgraceful a d dishonest company and driver. Removed my payment method, and once my case outocome will have proven me in the right I will erase my profile and never ever again complete a purchase with these scammers . Avoid at all costs, and if you wrongfully rely on them and Live in London make sure that your driver is not a 20ish looking guy named DANILO.

I cancel one order because I realized the wrong address, in a matter of 2 minutes, I correct the address and I still got charged for both orders, contact ubereats and they said they can’t not refund, because pass 48 hours, mother fuckers

Uber Eats will not refund me despite the restaurant confirming to them the order was never made, collected or delivered. The manager of the restaurant called them and they will not even consider this. This is horrible service and an absolute deterrent for everyone!!
