I recently had a very disappointing experience with Uber Eats. I placed my first order for about $53 but quickly realized I needed to make changes, so I canceled it within five seconds and placed a new order for roughly the same amount. Despite the immediate cancellation, Uber refused to refund me for the original order, offering numerous excuses instead. In the end, what should have been a simple meal ended up costing over $100. Very poor service and an extremely frustrating experience.

Your delivery time is what is going wrong and what continues to go wrong obviously how can you take an hour to an hour and 20 minutes to deliver a food order from 1.5 Mi away what do you want to f****** bicycle

I have been seeing multiple drivers at multiple locations on multiple jobs using multiple phones/profiles, my question is if is there any repercussions for going down this path through Uber or is this completely legal and there should be no eyes on this at all ?

Claiming door buzzer or elevator doesn't work. Delivering numerous orders at a time. Bicycle deliveries, especially at this time of year, means cold soggy food. What happen to people who actually care about customer service? And i do work customer, so know what that means...I care about my customers. Do any of your employees,?

I have order before with no problem and this has been a 3rd time and they didn’t give us one order and they said they would refund for half the amount… why would you refund half and not what we paid because they are money hungry..

If I could give Uber eats, a zero I would. I order breakfast from McDonald and i received a burnt EggBLT with no condiment. The bagel was not good even Edible! I complained and a guy by the name of Shoaib soubhagya gave me a $2 including tax credit. Give me a break! The bagel alone was $6.19 absolutely the worst company

The suck for real I hate the delivery service every time I order they always have one or more orders. Who want eat cold food and spend almost $30 dollars then you contact them they do nothing about it. I will not be using them again I am tired of giving away my hard earned money to eat cold food

My family and I utilize(d) UberEats more than I would like to admit. We have spent thousands of dollars on this app. Unfortunately, more often than not, there are issues with orders, items missing, late orders, etc. When paying a substantial amount of money for your order, delivery fees, and driver tips; as a customer you expect these orders to either be correct, or you expect to be refunded for the items you never receive. After being forced to seek refunds multiple times because of RESTAURANT AND/OR DRIVER ERRORS, UberEats has now decided that I have “violated the refund policy”. If it is violating the refund policy to ask for your money back for services and items you did not receive, then I am forced to take my (embarrassingly) thousands of dollars in delivery orders elsewhere. It’s a shame that a company cares more about the few dollars I was rightfully owed - than the future business I, and the rest of my friends and family (and anyone I come in contact with regarding delivery services). Truly not a valued customer and I STRONGLY urge anyone reading to go elsewhere with your business.

Don't pay for priority service as they don't deliver on time. The delivery time is equal to or worse than standard delivery. I had to phone and ask where the delivery had reached as the first estimated time said 8:40pm but the delivery didn't arrive until 9:10pm.

Restaurants are missing random, specific items with generally no explanation. When service is contact, they either tell you its the restaurants fault or your fault - despite the fact that the restaurants are fine on literally every other delivery service. Do NOT use UberEats.

Hello. Dear Ubef Eats customers. I would like to just inform you dear customers about to search a bit more about how Uber Eats screw up drivers by giving them mostly trips like for example $3 for 20 km or $6 to do 13km and similar to this one. So my question is for you customer, will you drive that distance with your car for that money? Many great drivers are giving up either with the time where they find out about they actually lose money cuz are doing that few cent deliveries and then after few months they are not afford to maintenance their vehicles or faster, depend of when they will find it out about they actually are not earning enough money. Many of them have no choice because they must work cuz have family, kids, bills to pay, etc. And here I believe you understand their and this situation. Very often customers also leave negative feedbacks simply with no reason or lie to Uber Eats about the food was stolen, damaged, spilled, not delivered etc, or they decrease the tip amount to screw up the driver, with no reason, why? Mostly to get extra food or money back, and guess who suffer the most? Of course drivers. For example driver accepted the order for $9 to do 13km. So it is $3 from Uber Eats plus $6 tip from the customer. Very often customers decrease thet amount to $0, witn no reason, why? But the problem is Uber Eats is not protecting at all the drivers with this issues. I bet other delivery companies are not better about it and probably screw up drivers in the same way, cuz why not? Nothing illegal, yes? So how much money will you have in your pocket after this delivery for $3 or $6 minus gasoline, minus your car usage, not mention about the time which is usually between 30 to 45 min as total delivery time. Best real and negative complaints against Uber Eats company you can find on many Facebook groups where posts with the screenshot (many of them are from USA but many also from Canada) are publication and then you will know why your order is not delivered fast enough because your order is jumping between driver cellphones and if it's similar to the ones examples mentioned above then that may be the reason. I would like to send here big warm hugs for the customers who give drivers reasonable tips because then YOU keep them in this business, not Uber Eats, and God may bless you for that. All above examples I found out in Facebook Uber Eats posts and from my experience as Uber Eats full time driver. And if you want you can also read a lot about that issues to understand how actually Uber Eats company works with customers. This will help you to answer on your questions maybe about why why my food is so late delivered or maybe other issues. Best regards 🤗

I don't even think they deserve a rating of 1, it's too high for the terrible service received. I place an oder and chose cash as my payment method. When the order was ready and with the driver, he sent a message on the app which I responded to immediately and Thereafter he gave me a missed call and I called back immediately. He advised that he was lost so I proceeded to give him directions which he chose not to follow and cancelled my order. The instructions were given to him telephonically and on the app. Now the app says that I am owing the full amount for an order I didn't receive which was cancelled by their driver which is ridiculous. I will not pay the amount owing for something I didn't receive. Will never use uber eats again. Mr D is my preferred app and I will stick to them. They are professional and service is always good

This is by far the worst delivery app. Every time I’ve use it I’ve had issues with drivers cancelling multiple times. Before they cancel they’re driving around in circles far away from the pick up, then they will drive past the pick up and again go in circles. I was waiting for over 2 hours with multiple people doing what’s mentioned above, when finally the whole order was cancelled. This is not the first time this has happened to me. When during this I go to the help chat and talk to “customer support” they’re just continually sending automated messages and refusing to give any actual support. Support staff kept ending the conversation when it was just starting, sending automated messages and just cancelling orders. Order ended up taking nearly 3 hours. Awful company, awful customer support.

I applied a coupon on a grocery order. A day after the delivery, I received the receipt with the total price adjusted for the exact weights of items delivered, and the coupon had disappeared (although the coupon conditions were still met after the adjustments); the whole price was charged. A refund was issued after I contacted customer service. However, I should not have to notice the issue myself (or otherwise get overcharged by $45) and spend 20 minutes with customer service just to pay the price that was agreed on.

I so agree. I ordered food last night. For some reason, Uber did not track my location. Location is allowed on my phone with Uber. I realised the issue within 3 minutes and cancelled the order because the restaurant was 400 KM from me. I was charged. No food. No refund. Uber said the restaurant had prepared my meal. That is BS. McD’s doesn’t prepare that fast. It’s a scam. Uber does not help those who use its platform like Amazon does.

This company is trash and I will never spend anymore of my money!! The app is misleading lied on there with what comes with the meal so the restaurant charged me extra I call the restaurant and asked why, it only come with the French toast not anything else , if you look at the picture I posted it’s saying it’s a meal and it’s only French Toast. So I told them to cancel it, tried canceling it with Uber for a refund and told me no! So because I cancelled it with the store first I end up with no food and no refund!! This is just terrible customer service, and a sad way to treat a customer!! I will never use this app Again!! Unbelievable, they are the one lying on there app!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 I’m so Angry this is really a terrible world we live In
