This company steals your money! First they overcharge for delivery fees. They always miss items from your order, always taking orders they could never make on time, food is always cold! I spoke to Cristina one of the supervisors and she said she could not help me because I’ve surpassed the use of refunds. How can I accept them charging me for food I’m not getting in my order! Blatantly stealing my money. It’s not my fault my orders are incomplete. She also told me there’s no one that can help you here I’m the highest here. How could a company this big have no one that can help an upset customer?

YOU DONT WANT TO PAY FOR THINGS YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE. I LIKE THE CONVINCE OF ORDERING FOOD,BUT 90% OF THE TIME YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDER. I oder food from Uber eats and most of the time I don't receive all of my order or it's wrong. This is on a regular basis which is really frustratin lg and Uber will not do anything,but steal your money. I don't want to be apart of a company(Uber eats) who won't guarantee there services but will take your money. I'm done.

Absolute garbage. After my order was delayed multiple times, it was cancelled and I wasn't notified. I reached out to customer service, who said someone would TRY to reach out to me in 6-12 hours. They reached out to me 6 DAYS later, and offered me absolutely nothing for my shoddy experience. No way to run a business. Never using them again - zero accountability.

The map Uber uses has a street appear as if it doesn’t go through. The street has gone through since before I moved into my home in 2011. Sit the map is at least 13 years out of date… This causes drivers to go a long way around and my food to get cold. I won’t be paying for cold food anymore. DoorDash, Grub Hub, Favor, all the rest have an updated map and can manage to get me food that actually still tastes good.

Made simple shopping order for the first time with Uber Eats. Everything was well expect for the missing 2 litre bottle of the fizzy. No big deal, I though and filed for refund for the item that wasn't delivered. Even attached the photo of the whole order. Uber Eats replied that since I claimed refunds before the won't refund me now. So apparently if you report missing or misplaced items with Uber Eats to get your money back, they will hold it against you afterwards and refuse to refund in future.

Absolute worst customer service ever. they're all so rushed for time like it'sa ticking bomb. no one bothers to listen. Always closing the conversation chat before anything gets resolved. How can you have a consistent and timely repsonse time if you keep changing the damn customer service representative every 2 minutes? Can't believe a customer service platform like this exists in this day and age. PLEASE AVOID UBEREATS

They have our monies so we cannot use it. They did not deliver what we paid for. They have ignored ALL correspondence. Even the CEO has not replied to either of the 2 emails. In short, they have taken monies under false pretences. Is this not fraud?

I live in an apartment and ordered food on my way home. Someone in my apartment building stole my food. I tried to get a refund and Uber denied me one.

Placed my order almost two hours ago & just received a message that my order was cancelled because of an issue with the delivery person. My guess it was because I ordered groceries & they sent someone on a bike for the delivery. So sorry for your inconvenience isn’t the best customer service response either.

Ordered sushi from a restaurant right next door to me and Uber eats upcharged my order from the restaurant 15 miles away and the food was terrible! They just lost a big customer!

I ordered from hi ball restaurant in Calgary and it was completely inedible - I threw everything out it was so disgusting. I contacted Uber and they will do nothing at all. I will never use Uber or order from hi ball. Disgraceful.

I find it interesting that you are in The Business of delivering food but have no concept of people and food. You order food for newspaper. They decide that they're gonna bring it when they want to. You could get cold food warm food. You can get hot food. You can get food that's been touched tampered with. I've seen many of these things come off these rides. I've taken and gotten ordered 3 meals and gotten 2 drinks with 3 meals. All my taken and order things and the whole meal doesn't show up. Or did things and none of it shows up? It's interesting to know that you allow your drivers to have such freedom that they don't have to deliver the orders that are made for you to make money on interesting to know that money moves the world. But then it doesn't matter to you guys. Whether the people that are using your service are getting the service they need. So thank you for letting me know that your service is as garbage as the drivers that are taking and driving this stuff.

Ubereats never fails to frustrate me. For a long time I stopped using this app, it’s just that I need an emergency ride upon using it, then a charged came along with my Uber ride booking! This unacceptable!

Now as we can all see there is a SECURITY sitting at that desk !!!! So instead of just tossing my food to the side instead of knocking & possible leaving it on the door mat !!!! I am so upset I spent $35 on food for this Uber driver to just treat my food like it was nothing !’n. And he never called me ! He sent a text which I answered and he just did what he wanted to do !!!! Then when I got on the phone he said “OH WELL” I am FURIOUS and this will be my last time using Uber eats

The service continues to become worse, and they do not seem to be interested in taking care of the customers. Recently, I had an order that was missing the two of the most expensive parts, and the rest was ice cold. They told me that I was not eligible for a refund. Seriously?? More than half the cost of my entire order was not received and I'm not eligible for a refund?? Are you kidding me? It seems like anymore, 70% of my orders are missing something or an incorrect item was sent. About 90% of the time, everything is cold. I'm just done. I'm not going to do this any longer. The food quality and delivery time was so much better when all I could order was pizza or Chinese.
