Uber is getting more and more expensive and the service is getting worse and worse. My food order was $54.00 but after UBER added taxes and BS fees the total was $78.00. The drivers are taking long routes that make no sense (thanks to horrible routes) Cant tell you the number of times they have canceled my order without a notice or sending the notice over an hour later, when I think I already have food on the way. Defiantly not worth the price.

They created a funnel so that the client can't easily reach customer service, hiring drivers that are unable to speak English to address the issue of being delay and when you try to call customer service they cancel the order and I need to pay £35 for no delivery. Whatever goes wrong will be your fault even if they don't deliver they will get your money. Use another provider or walk to the restaurant.

I have had several orders with Uber Eats that have either not arrived or arrived and not been what I ordered. Restaurants don’t seem to read order notes at all so if you want something without a bread bun or cheese or any item you could be allergic or intolerant to don’t be surprised if you request is ignored. Food has arrived totally cold, drinks spilled all over the bag, ice cream melted into soup, items missing, wrong items, and not arrived at all. Uber rarely gives a refund. They ask for photographs so you have to take a photo but most of the time they still won’t give a refund. I have lost over £80 in the last three months so I can’t afford to order from them again.

So I am in McLean, Virginia and trying send some food and a nice dessert to my daughter, who is in West Hollywood and will be alone on thanksgiving- the f’ing app will not allow me to change my location to Los Angeles- so all I’m getting is Restaraunt’s in Virginia to order from- so I look up a customer service number and am now speaking to someone who barely speaks or understands English- I am tisconned while on a long “wait”, call back and get another non- English speaking customer service agent- who keeps telling me to do things that the screen on my phone app will not let me do…finally she tells me that she will “escalate “ the problem to the department who will resolve my issue and they will email me in a few minutes…two days later and NO EMAIL- I will find another way but NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN….what a complete waste of time!

This company sucks! I have had issues ongoing with giftcards and vouchers not working. I would do doordash 100 times over this company.

just avoid at all costs, the driver got lost, called me twice when i clearly told them that i work remotely, very difficult to respond to calls when you're on the line with a customer of your own. they were supposed to leave at the front door so that i could grab it when i was able to, but no...driver calls me to let me know that the order is here. i grab the order, open the bag and liquid was all over the inside, apparently it was melted butter. i open up the carton and it was the wrong order. i reached out to postmates, i reached out to Capt D's on Mariner in Spring Hill FL, i reached out to uber eats...i was just kicked to the curb. i've had to call my bank to dispute, we'll see. this isn't the first time that my order has been wrong either. i guess $16 here, $16 there adds up for them. just another corp stealing from hard working Americans.

The wrost experience ever ,will never use UberEATS app,again!!!took my money and didn't want to give me back a refund after I cancel my order!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customers beware!!!!!!

I’ve used Uber a ton, recently I feel like they’ve gone down hill. My order was delivered to the wrong address, even tho I had the correct one on the app. I contacted Uber and they told me my meal was not eligible for a refund. Which makes no sense, your driver literally took it to the wrong place and I did not receive my order. They offered me a 5$ credit on my account for this inconvenience. After much going back and forth, they finally refunded me. But I 100% will never use Uber eats ever again.

Was processed a refund on the 5th November. Never received it. Phoned up Uber eats 5 times from the 5th-21st November. Been told to wait 7-10 working days but still nothing. Then got told they can not give me a receipt saying they have processed the refund. Spoke to the manager, the line was very poor. Went to ask another question about this and he has hang up on me. Even my bank has said they have issues with uber eats not giving refunds all the time aswell. Very poor service, I have had members of staff get snappy at me. Will not use this service ever again.

I have been a partner restaurant with Ubereats for a while now and I just wanted to give my feedback I feel like this company is not reliable when it comes to answering the phone to help with live orders plus they transfer you about 5 times before you can even get to talk with the right department on top of that they keep asking you the same questions over and over after they keep transferring you I have never been not satisfied with a company ever

I tried to fix my order and canceled it quickly to change it to two sandwiches and 1 drink. I got charged for trying to change my order, more than what the order costs. Absolutely ridiculous

I can't even give this a 1 Star review because the order I had was delivered to the wrong house (pick shows dog in window and I do not have a dog). I tried to contact driver (Matthew) but he ignored calls. This would've been ok, however, after my 30 minute wait with to chat with UberEats they refused to refund my money even though I never received a single item from my order (a bill over $50). I lost out on money and didn't get a morsel of the food I ordered.

How exactly do you deliver something without ringing or knocking on the door to let the individual know that you’re there or their product or their food has been delivered? Sucky service !!

Worst support and worst management. Example alot of navigation mistakes. Example stay on phone for 25 minutes to solve problem in ongoing shop and pay delivery. Its not convenient at all.

Uber has long way to go on the grocery delivery service. Ordering menu is very glitchy, no product information, no search just long departments to scroll through. Once I finally completed my order l hit the back button expecting to see the transaction history, instead my order was voided and bank account was charged.

just woke to see a ubereats transaction made on my debit card since my last complaint thats not me as wont use them now. On to FRAUD squad at bank now!!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY JUST found out How they are trying to Defraud Me and it is UBEREat THEMSELVES!! Clicked on order reciepts to view and not this last one I was fuming over but the one before it nearly a month ago on the 28 oct & you can see payment went out my bank to them then also. But when I clicked reciept its changed to say PAYMENT (card number) & todays date and time NOVEMBER 16 this morning that theyve charged card So theyre trying to defraud past orders from over a month ago which were already paid then to make it look todays date the charge went and for 79p more. OMG DOUBLE CHARGING AND ALTERING RECIEPTS Thankfully all my bank proof is there pages of orders have been printscreened etc THESE PEOPLE ARS DISPICABLE SCUM!!!
