We ordered food at 7pm waiting more than one hour and we were fasting, then the driver canceled the delivery after he picked up the order. We called the restaurant they said your food already on the way. The driver stole the food. When I called Uber and told them they said we can contact the driver. And sorry we will refund you. This is really bad

Uber eat put their prices up so much compared to what the actual restaurant is charging. They disgustingly charged £78.90 for a Turkish platter when the actual restaurant charges £49....I was shocked wen I saw I was ripped off!! Will not ne using uber eat anymore...rip off cons! £29 more then the real price!!!! I feel violated!!!!

Its terrible service food is all-ways cold iv stopped using it now i just choose to ring direct to the take away /restaurant shocking costumer service that goes for all my family and friends no more uber eats 💩

Delivery guy didn’t follow instructions to meet me at the front door and just left it there till I went outside to find it sitting at the front door And consequently I’m eating a cold meal.

Be careful these are scammers! Never deliver the food, then they say we left it out side your door, when you say I have camera out side and I can prove no one was there they say, the driver was outside the property for sometime and tried to contact. I never received a singe call, when I tried to call the driver - never picked up the phone! Scam!!!

This is about their grocery delivery. Their promos do not work! Then it is an hour with customer service and no help. This company will not last long this way.

Uber eats is a not good at all. It does not care of customers needs. Delivery is always late and customer does not have option to talk also. So they expect person to order and then wait for more than an hour for food and then you get delay notification for another hour and when you want to talk you just get an option to cancel the order. So really after 2 hours of waiting for food Uber thinks that customer should cancel order and order from somewhere else it’s good option and wait for more an hour for food. WOW

Atlanta/Decatur area. I placed the order at 5:15 PM. The estimated delivery time was 6:05 pm when I placed the order. The worst possible delivery time was 6:50 PM. (Uber Eats gives both times when placing the order.) I included a generous tip upfront. The food was delivered precisely at 6:50 PM. The food arrived cold and soggy. I let Uber know. Their response: unhelpful and unable to do anything about the order as it was delivered at or before the worst possible delivery time. I discussed the issue through online Chat. They terminated the chat prematurely with the parting message that please do not waste our precious time. Here is the clincher: this was their way of treating a new customer as it was my very first order through Uber Eats.

Sunday 26th cancelled an order literally 1 min after placing order call restaurant andxask cancel too from their behalf and the time between the second call is clear to see the order hadn’t been cancelled! We was waiting for the arrival of our food, around 45minutes. The second call was made to find out where our order was? In which case he then canceled our order and charged us full price?? Didnt investigate anything reply after 28 hours saying its my fault.

The service was relatively good until recently. Then food orders were delivered occasionally with the contents flipped to the side, spilling out sauces. However, last week a driver dropped part of my order in the yard, spilling the contents. He picked it all up and told me he'd take it with him to throw away and that I could get a refund. The company refused to refund for the food that was destroyed because I wouldn't submit a photo. I couldn't because the driver cleaned the mess up. Doordash, here I come.

I’ve ordered Uber eats for over 3 years and I was placed on LIST due to complaints regarding missing items, or wrong orders-none which were my fault. The last straw was Thursday 3/23/23 when they sent the completely wrong order with the wrong name and they Refused to give a refund after I called the driver who didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I was saying. I stopped payment immediately due to them refusing to assist due to me being on some list I had no idea existed. Buyer BEWARE!!

Uber eats customer service is as bad as can get they send me normal bread instead of gluten free even doh i have a medical reason for it and wont refund it they are thiefs Uber to pay a penalty of $21 million after Uber admitted it had engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct and made false or misleading representations to consumers u only have to look online to see uber abre being fined for not doing what they should !!!

Worst service EVER!!!!! They forgot half my order and refused to go get it or give a refund. If you are thinking of ordering out, DO NOT use Uber Eats!!!! HORRIBLE!!

My food arrived from just across the street because I can't leave my work and it arrived cold from across the street and they won't reimburse me. If i wanted to microwave something I would have brought a lunch. I only order food when i'm having a bad day and they made it worse. I'm going back to just making my own lunch. Hope all the restaruants are happy that uber is making such a bad example turning people off from ordering from them.

I placed an order through McDonald’s delivery app which was issued through Uber eats. The service I received was absolutely disgusting. The customer service advisors were unhelpful. I contacted them in regards to my order not arriving, even though the tracker stated my order was delivered. According to the advisor the rider stated on the system that he tried to contact me. Which was NOT the case as I have not received any notifications or a door knock. I spoke to the manager named Esha to explain my situation and she was extremely rude and dismissive, hanging the phone on me when I asked her a question. I still have not received a refund or my order which is unacceptable. Not only has it caused an inconvenience it has really upset me due to the way I have been treated. The advisors have taken the riders word and completely ignored my situation due to the “guidelines”. I am now still sitting here with no food to eat and my money being held hostage. I don’t understand how these people can work in customer “support”, and have no ounce of humanity or compassion, I will be taking this matter further.

Ik heb niks in huis, daarom bestel ik eten. wacht hier anderhalf uur op. Daarna bel ik het restaurant op, krijg ik een bericht dat het nummer niet bestaat. ik neem contact op met uber eats via chat, wordt eerst na een kwartier wachten er uit gegooid en vervolgens krijg ik een medewerker die leuk zegt dat ze er niks aan kunnen doen dat zogenaamd plotseling het restaurant niet open is. nu is het avond en ik heb niks te eten. top bedrijf dit!

I have a restaurant and Uber eats calls NON stop to try to get us to on-board. One of my stores uses them but it’s Grand Rapids. I had them once in Muskegon but we’d get like 1-2 orders a month as grubhub and doordash are the main ones here….. I’ve asked many times for them to take a hint. It’s getting to be harassment. When someone says NO …. Listen! We aren’t standing around doing nothing here- when you call and try to ask 21 questions about why I said NO it cuts into customer service which you clearly don’t know much about. Listen.

UBER Eats gives me the option "leave at the entrence". The app stated 2 minutes to delivery so I walked to the entrence which took me about 1 minute. When I get there nobody is there, I check the app which states "delivered". I had no chat or calls from the delivery and no food has been left. The support claims he was waiting for 10 minutes and try to reach me. But they will not send me any proofs of this. Cristian David se llama el chico y cuando trate llamarle decia que no se podia conectar con el repartidor. This is why I ususally and will keep using Rappi, they always take responsablily for their delivery. 32 dollars lost!

Driver acknowledged delivery as “delivered” but drove off with meal, couldn’t get hold of any help. Had to reorder after driving to the restaurant. Not good at all

Don't be comfortable with these people, they will make you pay for food that you did not receive and they will add the charges to your Uber rides and that messes up your profile. Better place an order direct to the store if you don't want stress. 🚮
