"Awful don't deliver"

"Our pizza was delivered like this and when emailing them they said it\u2019s not damaged enough and therefore not eligible for any type of credit. This is robbery."

"My daughter got a very horrible experience with uber eats in hull. First of all they hire the drivers who even don\u2019t understand English. He didn\u2019t found the address and he left the food on the floor under the Tree on some random place and said delivered. And she called for refund they closed the chat and said that they cannot.\r\nShould report to customer law or sone higher authorities"

"They do not have good customer service when it comes down to the contact support. If you cancel an order you basically don\u2019t get the food or you don\u2019t get your money back. It\u2019s highway robbery. Especially if you are a customer that always spends with them. I\u2019ve never had to cancel an order before but they were going to send it to a different location. So I cancelled the order. The don\u2019t credit you for future purchases or they don\u2019t give you your money back. So basically you lose out on a meal and you don\u2019t get your refund"

"this was my first time using uber eats. i always use doordash and will now forever use doordash. I ordered taco bell last night and the order never arrived. i went and looked at some of my neighbors doors as it\u2019s a townhome so they all look alike. nothing. couldn\u2019t find it. ordered it again. the app said it was delivered but no ring notification, no proof that is was. I went outside and saw the car that had previously \u201cdelivered\u201d the food, walked up to her door and asked where she had left it because we couldn\u2019t find it. she said she had left it at a different house # because that\u2019s what the app told her to do. we went and looked for this house number only to find out that our neighborhood doesn\u2019t have that house number. customer support said they can\u2019t give us a refund because there\u2019s no proof it wasn\u2019t delivered. it\u2019s the next morning and we still haven\u2019t found it. poor app. poor service"
