Useless service food is so cold dont order through uber eats

Horrible service - we Ordered food at 3:45pm for a 6 pm delivery. Kept seeing a change in drivers on the app. I reached out to uber eats on chat and they said the order was on schedule for delivery. I waited 15 minutes and contacted the 4th delivery driver and he said the order was stolen. I reached back out to uber eats on chat and they told me the order was cancelled and I would not be charged. That was there answer . No compensation , sorry customer service . Will never use uber eats again !!!!!!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN INFORMED BY ANY OTHER RESTAURANT DELIVERY THAT IF I DO NOT CHOOSE A TIP AT CHECKOUT PRIOR TO RECEIVING MY ORDER THAT I WILL BE PASSED TO ANOTHER DRIVER. EXACT WORDING " ARE YOU SURE YOU DON'T WANT TO TIP? DRIVERS WILL PASS ON YOUR ORDER AND IT WILL BE DELAYED "!!!!!!! WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AND TOOK AN HOUR TO ARRIVE. I ALWAYS TIP ONCE I SEE THE ORDER IS CORRECT, ARRIVED HOT AND ON TIME. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME? WHAT SERVICE/RESTAURANT/DELIVERY PERSON EVER GETS A TIP PRIOR TO DELIVERY???

This isn’t even the first time I’ve had the worst customer service experience w them . I now know to use a different delivery service so I don’t have this problem again .

10 minutes before my expected delivery my order was canceled. After a huge run around with uber eats I was finally offered $10. No thanks, I won’t use this service again.

Refund request and clarification of cancellation charges Dear Uber Eats team, I am contacting you to express my dissatisfaction with the service received in relation to an order that I made today and that was canceled one minute after having made it. Even though I canceled it almost immediately, I have not received the corresponding refund. In addition, I have noticed that Uber Eats is charging a cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount, which I consider unfair and, honestly, it seems to me that they are acting inappropriately. This situation makes me feel that I am being treated unfairly and, if it is not resolved soon, I will be forced to take legal action. I have tried to solve this problem through multiple calls to customer service, without success. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this order and an immediate clarification on the cancellation fees applied. I hope for a quick resolution to this problem. Just ordered a KFC was missing all the fries and dips, only chicken and gravy for me, daughrer wont eat cause she will only eat the fries! probably will never use uber eats again, would rather a service that you can pick up the phone and sort any issues out. My question is does the resturant forget or does the driver take it out? As it wasn't fully sealed. And why can there be a step where they can re send your missing food?

Terrible customer service, they could not understand a simple query and then (potentially to distract from their incompetence) falsely accused me of claiming a chargeback from my bank for a previous order and threatened to freeze my account until I paid it back. Ridiculous. I asked to esculate the issue to a manager a few days ago and I've not heard anything since.

After order was delivered Uber eats cancelled order and charged me 15.61 and 25 for alcohol fee. Order was a kids meal and a steak with rice. No alcohol was ordered or delivered. Was charged fraudulent for something I didn’t do (cancelled order) or consumed (alcohol). Had to fight for them to refund me my money when I have proof of actual receipt and time stamp of when THEY cancelled order to charge me a fee.

I placed an order for 4 breakfast tacos from Taco Cabana 2 miles from my house and the uber driver stopped at a second restaurant to pick up another oder, I called him 40 minutes later and he is still waiting for the other order, so I had to cancel the order and was charged $17.65 to compensate the driver and TC. What about my compensation!!! He picked up the second order not me!!! I will never again nor recommend Uber eats!!! I called to get my money back and support said they could not refund me!!! Never Again!!!

Worst experience ever! They hold your money and don’t refund back in a timely manner. My order was all wrong and I it’s been a while and I am still waiting on my refund. There is no customer support to talk with you to resolve the issue. Can’t be trusted!

I had the WORST experience with Uber Eats tonight! My order was ready within 20 minutes. But they couldn’t find a driver to deliver it to me so they didn’t arrive until almost 2 hours later. It was ice cold. And all they were willing to do for $100 order please give me a $20 credit because they said it was only 16 minutes past the absolute maximum late delivery time. The first delivery person decided not to deliver it after they sat there in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I asked why they weren’t picking it up and then he canceled his pick up. So someone else finally decided to pick up my order. But it took forever because they made several stops along the way. When I contacted Uber Eats about this, they had absolutely no sympathy whatsoever. Worst delivery service ever.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Every time I have to deal with uber eats it is a pain. The process is tedious, the fees ridiculous and EVERY time I use the service I have an issue, forcing me to deal with customer service which is a nightmare altogether. They make it imposible to get ahold of an actual person and once you finally do they repeat the same scripted response like robots. It's just an awful experience altogether coming from a company so big that you would expect to get the value for what it is costing you.

I ordered at 5:23pm, 2hrs later 30 mins on the phone with customer service and no food. Uber said they can’t do anything for me until the driver cancels my order. This is ridiculous, she said the driver was new and he wasn’t responding to either of our calls. She said there was no supervisor and kept saying “I understand but there’s nothing I can do we have a policy”. $73.60 later, no food & nothing uber can do about it. I will NEVER use uber eats again!

Absolutely disgusted food arrived late for my son it was freezing cold I put a complaint in in his behalf and uber customer service took no responsibility what so ever even tho the delivery driver had prior deliveries to my sons order being delivered his chips were not in the bag had fallen out loose of the packaging !!!
