Missing food around £9.00 and they only refunded £1.62 And had to pay two times for delivery because items were missing. Waste of time and money just eat far better than them.

The instructions in my Uber Eats profile require the driver to hand-deliver the food to me. Since I live in Florida, food automatically attracts bugs if placed outside your apartment, outdoors. That happened to me last night and when I finally discovered the bag of food on the pavement outside my apartment, there were already ants crawling on the bag—-and a beetle inside of it. I reported it to Uber Eats and they refused to “adjust” my order without a photograph. Who takes the time to place a bag of food back on the pavement to go get my iPhone and take a picture? I’m a regular customer but informed them that I will never again order from Uber Eats.

Do not waste your time or money on uber eats. I disputed a transaction where the driver left me someone elses food from a different restaurant altogether and they said my order didn't qualify for a refund or replacement. I never got my order or food and they refused to budge. I will not use them every again.

Their drivers are lazy I am NEVER using them again. If I could've given them a negative 5 stars I would've. 2 weeks in a row I got screwed and they refuse to give me a refund, management has not called me back after it was escalated and their customer service agents sounds like robots! I have it to meet me at my door, the first time two weeks ago, the lazy driver put my 46.00 order on the ground on another level other than mine, never contacted me or even came to my door, and someone else got my food. They did refund that, but did want to, I use the credits and ordered again yesterday and thus time there was a pin attached, the lazy but handed my food to someone coming down the stairs, didn't ask for the pin, now there's a second person enjoying my food and UBEREATS won't take accountability for their lazy drivers and won't refund me back nor even call me to make it right! I called about 10 times. Ubereats doesn't care and they just want ppls money, their drivers kills customers and their ubereats are lazy and I'm done with them. I will use EVERY SINGLE COMPETITOR from this point on!!!

Would give zero if I could. 9 out of 10 times they wont deliver when you really urgently need food. If its too late around restaurant closing time and you’re ordering a large meal, dont bother. The delivery person will run away with your food. Uber riders get to cancel a set amount of orders and take the food for themselves. These will be most likely be the times you need the food the most.

Food is always cold. The introduction of paying for faster delivery guarantees cold food to force you to pay for priority delivery. Uber has successfully created a market, driven quality to a new low and now wants customers to pay to get service levels back to average. This is the definition of corporate greed! They've done the same with car rides so it was to be used expected. Hopefully the boycott and downfall of Uber begins soon.

I ordered my food and drivers would not take my order. 45 minutes went by the food was still at the place. It was pass the delivery time I knew my food was gonna be cold so I cancelled my order. And then I didn’t receive a refund I was charged for the whole order. I’m just disappointed. I wish the cancellation would’ve given me a warning if I cancel I won’t get a refund. My food would’ve been cold like always but worse this time. Never again.

Neg 10 stars *********I will never ever use uber eats again. Instacart was advertising Uber eat's to be used as a credit.As you purchase items to credits build up. The 1 day I decided to use the credit.I get charged with my personal credit card and not the credit That uber eats / Instacart Provide. I will never use Uber Eats again and will probably not order from the meltdown located in alexandria virginia. It seems to be a little bit weird.The tables turn when they owe you money back

Uber Eats sucks. I ordered from subway today, they couldn't get a driver so I canceled. They still charged me the price of the subs. Kiss my a$$ uber eats.

We have had several instances in Christchurch NZ, where we have ordered food, waited over an hour, get notified that the food is on the way, then get a notification to say the order has been cancelled. When we complain, uber support basically tell us that we got a refund so what’s the problem. No offer of any type of compensation. Not good enough.. will be using door dash going forward as I hear good things!

Uber customer service is horrible. At this point my money is being taken. I made a complaint that in order a 3 piece chicken combo. I was sent a 3 piece strips instead. Huge difference. They are fighting me saying the order matches the delivery. Look at my receipt vs my delivery. This is unacceptable

I ordered a meal from a local restaurant in Surprise Arizona, 8 miles from my house. Their Menu lists the meal as $15.92. When I clicked Place Order, qouted about $22. Which I considered to be reasonable. The actual amount that showed up on my bank account was $34 92!!! I don't mind paying for the convenience of delivery, but 100+% is outrageous. From now on I'll not do business with any restaurant that uses Uber Eats!!

My order never arrived. I contacted Ubereats and they have since been assigning an agent to contact me. I went to the store and the agent assisting lied to the manager and said they have refunded my money and it would reflect later. Its been for days and still no response.
