“As a customer and a Uber Eats Driver is a great service. I learned in both ways that you should always use priority service for fastest and the first delivery. As a driver I really dont like when I receive two orders and I'm sent to delivery then the second order is first to deliver not sure way. Maybe I think that it could be the second orders chose priority and or is the closest address on the way to the first pick up. I do my best to drive as fast but safe as possible to deliver any orders. There are plenty of time where the restaurant doesn't even have the orders ready we have to wait 5 or more minutes. I always cancel second order to have another driver come get that order because is not right having my first pick up wait. In regards to making sure the orders are correct I would not or except a drive open my bags and food tray to see if orders are correct. That is the responsibility of the restaurant. The restaurant package the orders we as the driver just pick up and deliver I do make sure if they are drinks on the list for securing it during transport.”

“I sent ordered Panera bread food from Canada and sent it to my daughter in Lewisburg, PA Bucknell University. The direction was misleading but the driver went above and beyond to deliver the food. It took her 1 hr to find the place.”

“I wanted to acknowledge Marlon who works at the Panera in Aspenhill Connecticut ave. I order the you pick two and didn't have the option of changing my bread selection. Marlon answered my call and got right on it and made sure I had thr bread I requested. Marlon your customer service waent above and beyond today they need more workers like you. I am a satisfied customer thanks to Marlon.”

“One thing I never hear mentioned which is important, is that Uber Eats driver have to show registration and insurance documents, whereas Door dash just wanted a drivers license. Not saying these delivery drivers do not have them, but it is one thing to keep in mind if you want assurance that your delivery driver has not only a drivers license, but all the other documents for a smooth delivery.”

“Today I ordered food and only half the order was left at our door. We immediately called the driver and was informed that Hakka legend gave him only one item and to call them. The phone is not being answered. The item delivered was chicken with noodles which was awful. Noodles were in lumps and chicken was just dipped in cornflour and half cooked . We had to just throw it off and sleep hungry. Very very disappointing”

“So many negative reviews compels me to take a second to say that UberEats has always performed perfectly for me. Big orders or small, they've always delivered on time, even EARLY. The food is always hot, the order has always arrived correct, and not one driver has ever acted like he or she was doing me a favor. As for the tipping debate, I go with the suggested amount. But when it arrives early? I always give extra cash to the driver. And they remember me. The best attitude to have is asking yourself how much money you can spend. If it's that time of the month when money's tight, pick it up yourself. Celebrate payday by having it delivered and spread some wealth around. I do not work for or invest in the company.”
