They suck tell you 15 minute delivery it takes two hours the foods cold . Sorry not their problem.

I am a small business owner used to work with UberEATS, 2003 I got several calls from UberEats salesperson asked me to open an account, so I agreed at last and they opened an account for me, setup menu for me, do everything very fast but only one import thing they did not mention to me, provide my bank information. So I worked with Uber Eats for couple of month and didn't received any payment from UberEATS. When I realized that, called them, and went through very time-consuming process to provide my bank info on April 25, 20024, I only able to receive payment after April 25, around $2400 I accumulated before April 25 just disappeared (I can see from my portal that money was paid out, but I did not received any money) I have been contacting with Uber Eats support for 2 months, each time was told it's in process and be patient. I guess somebody stolen that money and they can't figure out what to do. They out sourced the sale, marketing, and lots of functions and you can feel the terrible management of this company. I have no idea when I can get my money back, or never, but just let others know and be careful when work with UberEats.

Horrible human beings work for this company. Worst customer service you can possibly imagine. Prepare to be robbed and scammed if you use this company.

I’m a driver with Uber Eats. I have had money stolen from me in the last 3 weeks. Nobody seems to be concerned about my missing money, I get hung up on. They put it on the customers, which is a big lie. This is why drivers are stealing food, because Uber is taking their money. The customers are getting the short end of the stick, and it’s not their fault either. Uber Eats is shady, and Evil.

They will steal as much money out of your bank account as they feel like taking and they're rude when you ask them to stop stealing from you. also they have no idea who they're giving your address to I have never once had my food delivered by the person listed on the app or in the car they're registered with.

I have used UberEATS for years and within the past couple of years it’s been terrible. There is no accountability for the restaurants mistakes, you are punished. They will send you whatever they want. Missing items, incorrect orders, w.e and refund you $5 for a $50+ order. I don’t know what’s been up with these business’s since Covid but nothing is peaceful anymore including ordering food you pay your hard earned money for. I will cook from now on and stop supporting shady business practices.

I had a disappointing experience with Uber Eats recently. I ordered a meal through the app, but when it arrived, I realized that the order was incorrect and I only received the meat portion of the meal. Despite contacting Uber Eats, I was told that I received what I had ordered, even though the restaurant had actually modified my order due to running out of the food portion. This lack of quality control and refusal to issue a refund was frustrating and left me feeling hesitant to use Uber Eats again. I had to go through my bank to get the issue resolved, which was an unnecessary hassle. I recommend being cautious when placing orders with Uber Eats, as there is no guarantee of receiving the correct items or being able to get a refund if something goes wrong.

Terrible experience. Received many separate charges for one payment, also been charged a higher amount than the invoiced amount. Complained for two days and they couldn't locate anything, payments nor records, supplied them all information and photographic evidence and they still couldn't find my transaction and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I gave up, they overcharged me about £8 and not worth my time to keep wasting time with them. Useless. Will never use them again

Consistent issues with orders with missing items. When trying to get a refund on the missing items I've been given the run around. When I ask for a manager I'm refused and it became a conversation of deflection. I could not get a manager on the phone to help me. This is after I was told 3 days ago via phone I would get an email within 24-48 hours about their investigation into my complaint. That didnt happen so i called back. Uber Eats said they would call 1-2 hours later. When THAT (which I didn't think it would) didnt ha ppen 12 hours later I called back and was met with the same standard panned responses. Don't order thru postmates/uber eats. They don't take care of their customers and they dont give 2 craps

Bad customer care, I have been with Ubereats for years, they never protected their customers from food stolen by third party. I’ve switched to DoorDash for months, so happy with them!

They work together with the restaurants and still money from customers by avoiding cancelación at any cost . I placed an order and within seconds canceled and still got charge with no refund options.

The whole entire group of people that work for this company are incompetent and disrespectful. They don’t give you your food or half of it’s missing then when u call customer service they refuse to give you your money back. Pretty much half of them don’t even speak English and they are all based out in India.

I placed a $ 75.00 order that, according to my app "sonething went wrong, please try again later", I tried again. Same error. I close and reopen the app, and place the order again. This time I got a confirmation. 20 minutes later, I GET A DUPLICATE ORDER. I CONTACT UBER: SORRY, YOUR ORDER IS NOT ELEGIBLE FOR A REFUND. THEIR FAULT, I GOT RIPPEDOFF. I IMMEDIATELY DELETED THE APP. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. THIEVES

I ORDER FROM UBEREATS AFTER WORKING UBEREATS. ORDER FOOD TO PICKUP AS I SEAT IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE I HAD GIFTCARD FOR UBEREATS. THEY SENT MY ORDER 30 MINUTES AWAY TO COVINGTON KENTUCKY. I CANCELED MY ORDER AS SOON AS I SEEN IT WAS KENTUCKY. THEY CHARGE ME $16 CANCEL A ORDER THAT WASN'T EVEN SENT TO STORE YET. WHEN ASKED ABOUT MY MONEY THEY TOLD ME THE COULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS MADE ALREADY. SO OVER ORDERING FROM UBEREATS. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

Got a gift card for Uber eats..and sorry I did..my god, trying to redeem this gift card is like rocket science..and no amount of conversations with "cust serv" can resolved the issue..it'll be one and done with this awful company

I paid my order using Ozow EFT, after 3minutes my order got cancelled. I logged a call was told i was not charged i must give some time money will reflect back into my account. After 10 days still, contacted my bank they send me proof of payment with reference number to Uber bank Account. I send them my bank statement with proof of payment, they come up with a long programmed message for everyone that i took time to authorise the transaction. 1st if you take time the bank will automatically kick you out. 2nd whether i took time or not the money is out of my bank account is in your bank account. You have reference number on proof of payment to trace the money. My bank trace it is in your account. After you ignnored my messages
