I ordered food and it says it will take 25 minutes to deliver the food. It was a LIE. I waited almost an hour and 30 mins for my food. I tried to call them to cancel my order and they said they can’t refund my money because the delivery guy was on the way. Well i don’t like to eat cold azzz food. Never again!

This is a warning to vulnerable future customers. If you order from a restaurant and the food turns out to be inconsumable, please be assured that Ubereats will not compensate you. All you will get from them is that they have contacted the restaurant to be cognizant of the way they prepare their meals. Hence you lose out - no food to show for your hard earned money. So think twice before you order from Ubereats.

Horrible. Always forgetting items from my order. And then, even after confirming they screwed up with the receipt, they say everything is correct and tell me that my order is not eligible for refund...

Be very careful with these guys. Bunch of thieves and their customer service sucks!!! I haven’t seen a company more dishonest than them. Bunch of robbers and liars.

This is twice now that this has happened; ordered bbq and only received three items out of the family meal and they didn’t refund me anything. Ordered again tonight from a different place and same results. Over $300.00 got from these two orders. I will not be using there services any longer.

Don't work for them I've been a solid drive for three years. On time, no bad reviews, no stolen food.Uber fired me!! a customer reported they didn't receive their food. That was a complete lie My problem was I didn't take a picture.Just like that I was deactivated I recently switched to door dash and grubhub. They over charge they don't care about customer or drivers.

Absolutley the worst!! They do NOTHING TO HELP YOU AT ALL!!!! I've been given vouchers thru my company and UberEats has constantly denied them when trying to order for my family. All they say is theres nothing they can do about it and somene will be in contact within 48 hrs and then no one calls or fixes the issue. This has happened 4 times to me and every time they DO NOTHING. Not even issue a credit for the inconvenience of not allowing me to use the money placed on my vouchers. All they do is repeat themselves that they can't do anything. So I get screwed over and they get to hang up... Unreal!!!! The most frustrating thing ever. I'm canceling my account and moving over to door dash they are way better with customer service and will always help you with the issue at hand!! I hate UBEREATS!!!!!!!

I paid 27 dollars for hotcakes when i ordered 6 more items. I only got 1 item and uber eats decided to blame the restaurant. Nothing was resolved. Im a stay at home mom who cant just go out so i order in a lot but they constantly screw me over w my food.

Be careful. They randomly charge a Uber one 9.99 charge to your credit card. It’s not legit bc I never ordered food. You contact their customer service via text and they end the conversation without resolution. You will have to contact your credit card company. It’s not fraud with anyone else except Uber eats. You will only see the 9.99 charge not the charge for the food.

Something is always wrong or missing. Every order regardless of restaurant. Driver's never speak English so they can't help. I don't want a credit I want my lunch.

I literally didn’t receive my food and customer service was extremely rude and did NOTHING. They hire incompetent people who can’t even deliver your food to the correct house then turn around and still make you pay for it?? Worst customer service.. Door Dash is way better!!!

Horrible customer service. Driver stole my order and never canceled so we waited 2 hrs for delivery. In the meantime the restaurant closed and we were stuck eating chips and salsa for the dinner. Horrible experience and this company takes no accountability.

This is the most rediculous customer service in life!! Transfers my calls to 7 different departments. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THATS ALL!!!!! No one is ever willing to help, I repeat my concern 7 times to 7 different ppl to 7 different departments!!! Working for Uber eats has been such a horrible experience when it comes to your untrained customer services reps! I have so many videos of how incompetent customer service is! Of how they don’t help their Uber eats drivers at all and how they have low knowledge and training! I’m highly upset of this on a daily!

I was never told how much the total would be until after the order was placed. The wait time was about 30-45 min. which seemed a little excessive, but not a problem. About 30 minutes into the wait, I got a notification saying the order was delayed and it would be another hour. Nothing left to do but wait. After hours of waiting, the driver canceled my order. No explanation, just "order canceled." Then I received a 10% off coupon for my next order of $30 or more! Absolutely not! I won't be using Uber Eats again!

Horrible, incredible lack of attention I placed a large order of 500 USD (10,000 Pesos more or less). The delivery man couldn't find any product even though everything was there (my friend also bought me something at the same time and found everything...he didn't even find tomatoes, onions, olives, capers) this carrier didn't have any will to work properly just wanted to finish without following any of the item I asked, I explained to him that I also made the I asked for water because I was going to have surgery and for a month or more I won't be able to go out and he was trying to buy only 6 liters. It took 2 hours more than the estimated time as each single stuff he asked me a replace (my phone was ringing every minute....) and in the end he deleted the order because realized that didn't want to take everything I ordered. I contacted the support and they did not support me, they just said that they were very sorry but they did not block the deliver, they did not place a new order, they did not refund me anything for my time or my purchase and the money is still not in my account. Very unprofessional since they bought Cornershop, the quality went really down, there were issues also with Cornershop but at least their customer support help you or give you voucher and refund if the situation was unprofessional (never like today). I do not recommend at all ubereats better you delete your accounts and use other more professional apps. PS Update, I contacted them other 2 times. The second agent just closed the communication. The third one escalated to a manager whom didn't contact me yet.

I placed an order on 03/16/2024 at 10:50 pm order went through fine. Shortly after I was contacted by my driver saying the place was busy and he might run a little late. Soon after my driver contacted me again saying they gave my order to someone else that I needed to cancel and reorder. And then dropped the order with out stating the problem to Uber eats After that my order was giving to another driver out of nowhere I tried to contact them but never got a reply,at this point my order was over an hour past its delivery time. Now at this point they gave my order to another driver at that point I cancelled and was charged 25+ change for cancellation Ubers Eats customer service is complete trash you can only communicate with a robot and they never help me with my problem I never got my food and still was charged for forcing me to cancel my order!!!! F you! Uber Eats!!!!!

Rubbish delivery process - I ordered food and it was an hour later than predicted! I was starving by that time. And I was told it would come earlier. Do NOT order from here, get a better delivery service!
