Beware if the extra add on service. They charged me extra for it after the fees were supposed to be waived. Charged a different amount after I checked out with a solidified amount. When I contacted customer service, the rep was very rude and no resolution. Never again....

First time ordering had to cancel bc my driver picked up 2 other orders the headed off to the other end of town and over an hour later I ended up canceling. Tonight I ordered, they gave me a driver it showed her traveling from south to north then back south and then all of a sudden they were trying to find a new delivery driver at this point it had been almost an hour so I canceled that and ordered from a different place, got my order but a whole meal was missing. What a nightmare. I will never use their service again, very disappointing 😞

After my recent experience with Uber eats, I am never doing business with them again. I ordered food from them of course, paid extra to have expedite my order, and tipped the driver up front. My food was supposed to be delivered at certain time but instead got delayed over 30 minutes because the driver was lost. I gave the driver directions on how to deliver my food to the right location by instead drive around in circles. By the time my food would have been delivered my food would have arrive cold. Out of frustration I canceled my order and just wanted a refund instead at that point. Seems like after I did that I got charged a fee of the same amount I spent on my order. I called customer service and I was told that since I canceled they’re not able to give me a refund and instead got charged a fee. So I literally spent money to not have my food delivered. Uber eats are thieves and are anti-consumer. Do not use this trash company for food, drive to get your food instead. You’ll pay far less and will receive your food hot and fresh. Best of all, you won’t have to deal with these incompetent Uber eat drivers.

Terrible service, charge an arm and a leg for everything, add money onto items and then bring it 5 hours later having dropped off others on the way

I have had many problems with uber eats. I think they have horrible service and horrible customer service. Many times I have ordered and the food comes cold. Many times I have ordered and the estimated delivery times keeps changing. They also have a "latest delivery time" that just changes to. Mayb times drivers have not listened to instructions. I even had 1 driver who didn't speak English, and she could not communicate with me. So I didn't even get the food, and uber eats refused to give me a refund. I recommend not using them ever

First time using Uber eats. Wrong delivery address got added (they put in restaurant address — how stupid is that). Multiple tries to change address to no avail. We had to drive to pick up. They refused to refund delivery fees even though it was their system at fault. Terrible experience. Terrible company. Will not use again.

Just comically bad customer service. My order was incomplete when delivered, so I reached out right away asking them to reimburse me for the missing items. I thought it would be simple, like it is with literally every other company on the face of the earth. Instead, they told me they "weren't in a position" to issue a refund. When I asked what that even meant, they just kept repeating that same meaningless drivel. Finally, on about the fourth time round, they said I had numerous other price adjustments on my account. I said that was impossible, since I had only used Uber Eats one previous time, and that was pre-pandemic. I sent them a copy of my order history, which showed only the single improperly filled order. I got back a "sorry this is frustrating for you" response. I asked for the issue to be escalated, and the supervisor reverted to the original line of not being in a position to give back the money they had stolen from me. When I asked if they were denying that I had paid for the food I didn't get or implying that I had got the food and was lying about it, they marked my complaint as resolved. I wrote again and noted that a complaint isn't resolved until the customer says it's resolved, and they marked it as resolved again and stopped responding to me. It's frankly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. As I said, so bad it's almost funny because how can a company be this poorly run? I knew there was a reason I never take Ubers, and now there's a reason I will never use Uber Eats again. Support independent businesses by eating in local restaurants and demand better than this predatory and exploitative company.

We not ever using Uber eats again...Uber too! They've lost my business. They send email promos that you can't even use. I deleted my credit card and the app from my phone. My family and I will be using Lyft and Door Dash from now on.

My first mistake was trusting the $5 iff $20 order UE charged a $4.35 service fee to make sure they didn’t miss a penny order total $31.23 my grilled chicken cesear salad was soggy lettuce from sitting a full hour cuz UE drivers weren’t available my Cuban sandwich was more like a poor boy it was half size bread mushy from all the mustardmayo sauce they used way to much the soup was cold i had to heat up never received coke took 4 days to get ue to issue refund thats all i was given and i had to ask for it a refund for item not received and i was also told that I complain more than most but i bet i ordered ue more than most also cuz i used uo daily m-f to go to and from work I’ve canceled my uo account and now a lyft pink member with DoorDash (free ) and savig around $12 daily just in rides i was spending approximately $450-650 monthly. Not anymore I will never use Uber anything one or eats again you’ll never get another penny of my hard earned money and whats the $4.35 service fee all about you people are super greedy just remember easy come easy go!! Bye bye

For all you drivers who received a 1099k from Uber Eats, please check your bank statements. I got a letter from the IRS stating that I didn’t report all my wages. I added everything up, and Uber claimed they paid me 9000.00 more than what they actually paid me. It have something to do with that card they sent to pay for orders.

FRAUDULENT SCUM We ordered on gfs account using the website last night. Got an automated call later saying "rider's contacted you in app please respond." We don't have the app so contacted customer support. They told us it had been delivered, whilst I was waiting at the door. IT HAD NOT! Nobody arrived or made any attempt to call us. Customer service ended the chat, issue unresolved. Charged for order & told no refund. No response to emails yet or refund. Absolutely furious & will be escalating

The last guy was the wrong guy. He didn't match the photo and had a different vehicle. Today's guy went to the back door even though my notes say to go to the front door. He just like many of them had a Skip The Dishes Bag. This is like being a Coke Cola customer and the guy has a Pepsi bag. I'm just done with these guys.

I am appaul with uber eats because you have o recourse as a consumer yesterday I order one pork spareribs dinner from Thai Barbs they sent me pork fry rice I pY 27.46 it was the wrong food I try calling the restaurant yesterday 6/28/23 o answer icall uber eats not able to ma k e cantactthis is a dis grace thai Barbs resturant onthird street in Los Angeles I need my money back berendo street patrons you will never get my business again

Delivered to the wrong address, left the order outside at half street away and by the time I got there, there were no driver and no food. They called me and it was just a vocal message saying to control my app as the driver wants to contact me but he only left a picture with the food on a fence pillar. I contacted Customers Service and from their point of view the order has been delivered, so I am not entitled for a refund.

this is my first time using UberEATS and i will tell you i am not impressed. I ordered over a hour ago and my food is still not picked up or assigned to a driver. I contacted support and they told me it's delayed etc etc and the time frame keeps changing on my order i contacted them again and told them either assign someone or i will be telling people not to use them ever again my food is literally sitting at the place getting cold and they do not even care. I told them to do better that i never have issues with grubhub or doordash i never ever have to wait over a hour for someone to be assigned to pick up my order with them. and when i told ubereats customer service to do better they didn't like that and ended the chat immediately on me.

Im an uber eats delivery driver and just so were clear uber only pays its drivers 3 dollars a delivery that could take the driver up to 20km out of the zone , so thats a 40km round trip for 3 dollars doesnt even cover the gas , nevermind the extra 1000 a year for the delivery insurance you need to put on your car , or the matiness on your car , If your cheap like most the uber users in the fraser valley then you will wait for your food because drivers cannot afford to do 3 dollar delivers

If you could get an award for the worst service in the entire universe UberEats SA would win and take 2nd and 3rd place. It is the company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered and giving one star rating is actually very generous. Placing an order at 19:00 from BurgerKing after almost two hours (20:42) no delivery was made. Three drivers was assigned and multiple complaints were logged and phone calls were made. Well, the lacklustre service does not however end there. The unprofessional help desk agents are just as incompetent as the reckless UberEats drivers. Shape Up or Ship Out UberEats!
