Horrible customer service. Food was delivered to wrong location (can clearly tell from the photo provided by the driver), I was unable to contact the driver and no attempt was made to contact me. Uber support insisted food was dropped off at location despite the clear evidence to the contrary that I provided. I asked repeatedly for a customer support line to call, but they just refused to issue a refund without any further follow-up. Will avoid this delivery app in the future.

Been scammed multiple times by ubereats. I order something and they forget to delivery prts of my order like drinks or they add toppings I never asked for. I've had my order messed up multiple times and when I request a refund it's always denied. I pay for drinks and they never arrive. I buy the 2 for 1 deal and only 1 arrives. I order a pizza and they add toppings I never asked for and same thing for burgers. Been ripped off so many times

No help no support, lost money on my order because the delivery driver made me give the code over even though I was missing half the order. Never going to eat through these guys again.

No compres nada por aquí. Hice un pedido y en menos de un minuto lo cancele y no me devolvieron nada porque supuestamente no se puede devolver. No compren por aquí porque si lo cancelas ya no puedes devolver nada. Te roban el dinero. Uña estafa

We clicked on the tip and waited for a total to show before we placed the order and it just charged us. We cancelled within 29seconds and it still charged us the cost of the food. We called UberEats and they said they can’t refund, and to call the restaurant and see about a refund or getting them to make the order. Called the restaurant, restaurant said they did nothing with the order because it was canceled, they received no money, and couldn’t do anything. Called UberEats, played them the recording of the restaurant worker saying all of that, UberEats still would not give us a refund and hung up on us because we were recording the call to submit to the credit card company for their research on the fraud claim I’m about to file. Stealing is not ok, no matter how big the company or how small the amount.

This has been more than three times they have not delivered within 30 minutes of each time they promised. Orders have been sent to neighbors homes and without any assistance to resolve. I will never use Uber eats again- worst possible experience!!!

We have used Uber Eats for a few years now. We have order to 2 separate addresses home and work Tonight we placed an order and the app defaulted to the work address. No problem right? Wrong!! The order was simply canceled because we noticed the mistake and were unable to just edit the address for the order….. We called Uber Eats to request a refund so we could reorder. We were told that there was no refund because we canceled…… all that was needed was for the Uber representative to simply help us by changing the address and replacing the order. We will NEVER use Uber Eats again You robbed us for a $40 dollar dinner! Bravo

Ripped me off multiple times. Grocery not being given sale prices. Giving less refund on restaurants then you actually paid for a missing item. No satisfactory response. Do not use this service. Absolutely terrible support.

Horrible experience- didn’t get my full order. When I complained, didn’t get a full refund. All of food I did get was cold. This has been my experience more than once. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst service ever. Don’t use them. If food is unsafe or cold, they will not credit you. Horrible service. Use Door Dash or SKIP. They are much better

I ordered a large order for breakfast. Half of the food didn't arrive because the driver forgot a bag at the restaurant. Ubereats says my order doesn't qualify for a refund and it's just frustrating. I'm missing the food and the money and won't get either! Been chatting with 3 different people, they all say I won't get a refund and there is no number to call and complain.

Would give 0 stars if I could, I didn’t receive the correct order and they didn’t even refund the amount they were supposed to refund me. They charged me 4-5 times, all different amounts.

Driver did not deliver and was not willing to cancel the order. Restaurant had closed so we couldn’t call them to cancel. Uber customer support (agent named Lata) said the order could only be cancelled through the merchant or driver and exited the chat without further help. Worst experience ever.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Uber Eats may not deliver your order but they’re guaranteed to deliver god awful customer service. We’ve had orders take 2hrs to be delivered even after paying for “priority.” It’ll be stale, cold, soggy, etc. They will not refund or provide a discount, credit, nothing. We’ve had drivers steal our orders, after 3 days fighting with Uber Eats and contacting the restaurant we ordered from for proof - we finally got a refund. That is the first and only time Uber Eats has took responsibility for their poor service. We only order from them because Door Dash does not deliver to our house. And we’ve learnt the hard way - the only thing that’s ALMOST guaranteed to make it to our house is pizza. Their “delivery fees & other charges” are outrageously priced for mediocre service. If you are fortunate enough to be able to use ANY OTHER delivery service, use it.

I am so done ordering from uber eats. The orders are always wrong and good luck waiting for "help" fixing the order. Been waiting over an hour and still waiting. They literally could careless!

I delivered with uber one time and they messed over me on the first delivery. The help center is the absolute worst no one helps they just transfer you over and over to avoid the situation

Uber Eats sent my fast food (burger & fries) by someone on a bicycle. My food was so cold. It was a 25 minute ride on a bicycle. I paid for priority. Uber only refunded me $2 for the priority fee and not the whole order. I deleted the app. I will never use Uber eats again or Uber either. I do not play about my money or bad customer service.
