“Considering all the negative reviews I was very surprised. McDonalds order arrived within 20 minutes and was still quite warm. No squashed food or spilt drinks which were my biggest fears.”

“I ubereats applebee’s to my house, i got buffalo bones less wings with ranch. i got sent barbecue with no ranch. i emailed uber right away and they got back to me, very quickly, refunded my order, and even gave me money in my uber account for delivery charges and tip. Very good customer service for me.”

“My very 1st home delivery of prepared food went so smoothly. As an active senior that usually does own food pickups, I was reluctant but didn't not feel like getting into the rainy evening. Ordered from apt in Cascais, Portugal from restaurant called the local. delivery was barely 20 minutes, dishes were bagged, stapled, nicely cold food was cold, hot dish was nice & warm. Driver did not speak english, but was courteous, of course I tipped him, could not have be happier with the service.”

“I completely messed up my order by submitting a wrong address but I called customer service and they refunded it entirely. From what it says on the app, that shouldn't have happened but im so happy that it did :)”

“Productive and fun You don't need to make any preparations, just make sure you take your phone with you, ID and the other documents they require like proof of address etc. It's all very relaxed so don't stress! If you want an extra £50 after signing up the use the referral code X8HOTT”

“Fantastic Service! Woke up to find an email offering me £10 OFF a minimum £15 spend (exclusive of delivery) - of course we ordered this morning since we are on annual leave & the food was all really warm & fresh when it arrived, no items were missing from the order & we got a Triple Breakfast Box, 3x Teas, 1x Coke, 1x Emerge Energy Drink & Mozzarella Sticks for £8.50!!!!!! What a BARGAIN. Delivery was really quick also & notifications were really good along the way.”

“Although the delivery guy made a mistake in the delivery address. He called immediately to ask and confirm. He then immediately deliver to the correct address. He apologised for his mistake.”

“Horrible!!! Never received my order...called and spoke to a manager and she was so disrespectful and wanted me to place another order so that she. Could refund my first order which does not make any sense! I will never use them again...don’t waist your time using this company!”
