I have given this company so many chances that I can't keep track. I'm finally done with them. Most every time I order from them, the order arrives late and/or with items missing. When you try to call customer support they are never any help. It's sad how bad they have gotten and it's obvious that they don't care.

Warning, don't order here!! I ordered a meal for 49 euros. The order was canceled but I didn't get my money back. It's nearly impossible to find out how to contact Uber Eats. I finally found a way to contact them but they don't respond. So basically they steal from you. It looks like a semi-criminal organisation.

I placed an order, after a long wait I got a pop up message from the Uber eats app stating that I can pick up the order with the fee reduced. When I said I wanted to cancel the order because no driver was available. Uber eats allowed the cancellation and then told me I could not have my money back not even at a reduced fee because I cancelled an order, that had no driver and it should that the order was not even made yet after the long wait. It was still preparing.

Uber eats has poor customer service they don’t like to give genuine hard working customers refunds or help them with orders they gave a 65 dollar order of mine to my neighbors with no pin and would not refund it tonight my driver told support I was missing items I call to say the driver missed items and they will not help me I will never use Uber eats again

I ordered food from a local place close by my job and I saw the app and it says he was4 minutes away all of a sudden I see the screen disappear and that my food had been delivered and that is not true I contacted Uber eats and they told me to contact courier and he picked up and I asked where my food was he hung up and then I was not able to contact him anymore and Uber eats refused to give me my money back even though I ended up reordering from the same place right after

My first and last try.I was charged for never delivered order!! Chat with an agent the same night who told me my situation should pass to his/her manager and she/he would put a note to callback me which never happened. Try to reach out another agent to day and both of them seems like robots and sent the default massage. They told me as it pass 48h from my order they can not do anything.I asked to talk to a manager and they just cut of the conversation. Never use this service with Uber again. keep yourself and your pocket far away as they are acting like a fake application service!!! Not worth it at all.useless!!

I canceled my ridiculously expensive order and they charged me half of it immediately after ordering. These people are screwing us!!! No more of my business.

My name is Jake I ordered stuff from iga and they had no stock left of some items I ordered and I paid $10 for hot cross buns but I wanted bulla icecream sandwich that is around $5.45 and $4.95 for the hot cross buns and $6.80 for the home brand diet lemonade I asked for 4 they had no lemonade or bulla icecream sandwich and uber still took the money and they say they can't do anything straight away I don't believe I just asking for $10 and even ask in for a voucher yet door dash will give you store credit if u don't get ur it or the door dasher that fails u after u gave them a tip but uber eats are very frustrating I will be using door dash now if they don't do anything about the money I will be getting rid of my uber eats account and sticking with Menulog or door dash

I ordered my food, typed in my address & made dould sure my add was correct then I put in specific instructions to help the driver find my apt but the UberEats goes & translates my address & screwed it all up. Luckily the driver read my instructions & called me. She told me that UberEats app had been messing up all day long. I finally rec'd my food over an hour later & extremely cold. I will never order from UberEats again nor will I recommend them. I'm tellin ya, if you want to receive your food at all or on time DON’T order through UberEats!!! They're a joke!!!

I ordered food since I'm in a semi truck, I switched the address to me, it sent it to another state, itried to cancel it by calling a number on Google, it said disconnected, by time I found a way to cancel they still charged me the full amount now I have to pay again for food. Don't use this service

UberEATS needs to completely overhaul they way they do business. I placed an order for delivery in which one of their drivers accepted to only sit stagnant for 20+ minutes. On top of this when you try to talk with an agent they waste your time and tried to cancel my order when I changed it to pick up since their drivers are inept. If I could give them a ZERO and write the review I would but you have to give a rating. They need to seriously reconsider the way in which they do business or atleast let us rate the drivers so they can weed out the senseless people that accept the order only to cancel after holding the order hostage for 20+ minutes.

Always cold, always rude, the food is just open. My last order was upside down and the food was literally in the bag. Neve order from this app again. Customer service said while this violates their community standards. I still have to pay for it.

Total refusal to refund money for food that POISONED ME. These people almost killed my wife and I and literally treated us like scum. I'm filing a lawsuit who knows how long that will take I eat from the place all the time too so I refuse to believe the first time Uber eats brings it its food poisoning, etc. Anyways guys stay safe better off picking it up.

This is the worst. The delivery people are always confused they deliver stuff late like why would you let anyone to deliver if they don't know how to follow a GPS.

Customer service is horrible. They will mess up your order every time and if you ask for a refund or price adjustment they will not do so because they have done it before not taking in consideration that the messed up the orders before and that is why we are in that predicament

They never delivered the food. They wouldn't refund the money because, "Their system wouldn't let them". Worst customer service ever. I wonder how they are still in business.

Several times delivery has taken longer one (1) hour plus and driver issues. As well as wrong or missing items. I spend over $500+ a month as I work from home. I have been charged 3 times for orders not received and they refuse to cancel. In all cases restaurants are less than 5 miles away. I would try the other delivery service

The store did not give me GRAVY that I paid for & Uber eats said it was my fault they made a mistake and they wasn’t going to do anything about it !!! I didn’t even want a refund.. they blamed for something I had no control over! They’re inconsiderate and thieves !
