And then Marion, the chat customer service agent, whose response to my complaint was “leave something in the review so he can read it and learn!” and then blew me off all four times I asked for help and ended the chat without finishing the conversation.

As a driver for Uber here’s some tips Be helpful to the driver make sure you order with 5 mile radius so you can get your food hot leave a tip don’t be cheap If you live in a complex with 100 homes or more use your common sense and meet the driver outside or direct him to you dont depend on gps along But unfortunately a lot of you just because you payed for the service you want everything to be so easy and to be at your door step I hope this will help some of you Treat people the same way you want to be treated just because you payed for something doesn’t make you special

I was happy that I didn't need to travel to pick up the food but I was under the impression that I didn't have to pay a delivery fee if I spent over £15, but not only did I have to pay a delivery fee but I was charged a service fee of just under £3, which was added afterwards.

Used to be great. Now suck! Very poor customer service. Food over one hour late lately with 2 orders. Uber eats Cancelled a pre-ordered meal with 5 minute notice prior to a business lunch they were supposed to supply. Uber eats purchased Postmates and we experienced similar issues. Hoping they don’t buy out DoorDash. Lookin like a anti-trust issue.

Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.

Every time I order, I get nice friendly people who go above and beyond on the grocery and food orders. Never had a problem but I tip well. if I didn’t tip or tipped poorly I think I would probably have poor service. I didn’t know they didn’t get an hourly wage. One of the drivers said that a lot of people stiff them on tips, and they only make two or three dollars.
