MONEY GRABBING THIEVES! Highly recommend not ordering through Uber eats. If something goes wrong with your order they’re impossible to contact them when you do make contact they will give you the same speech over and over again that they can’t refund this or that. You can have damaged items , they still won’t refund it. Your order can get cancelled by a restaurant and they will still take your money and say it’s the drivers compensation even when the order had no delivery driver in the first place!! Honestly DO NOT USE UBER EATS unless you’re fine with daylight robbery!

Customer service absolutely sucks they steal your money orders are always messed up and they do absolutely nothing besides take our hard earned money.

⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY FOR YOUR ORDERS I use this company and submitted to them showing I’m out of town had food that was supposed to be delivered to young lady did not deliver it as shown on my account they did not refund me my money after calling numerous times And being transferred over and over nothing was done. Do not recommend this company at all.😡😡

I placed an order that my driver got wrong with Spec's Liquor store. When he came to the door I told him that was not my order, he acted very confused, and said he would go back and take care of it. This was a $62 order, with a very nice tip attached. I called customer service they were absolutely no help, and at 8:59 p.m. I got notification that my order was canceled by the driver. In Texas our liquor stores close at 9:00 p.m.. now Uber is charging me a $25 restocking fee due to the incompetence of their driver. I spoke with four people to try to get this issue resolved, because it was the driver's fault. I was here to accept the order it was just not the correct order. They do not care, might as well be talking to the wall, because they all say the same thing with their rehearsed replies. I worked for Uber Eats for over 2 years and had no idea that this company was treating its consumers that way. Never again Uber eats! And I will make sure everyone I know within my circle is aware that this happens. I am on social security, and $25 is a very big deal to me. Shame on you Uber Eats for screwing your customers!

I'm done with UberEats, the drivers rarely follow intructions where to drop off. Most recent delivery, I left intructions in the app where I was at, the driver message me I again told him where I was at. The driver then calls, of course they barely knows English, the only thing I could understand was him saying "I'm here, you come to me" He then hung up. I tried calling him back but they wouldn't answer their phone. So, I called customer support and they told me because it was an on going order, they couldn't cansel or refund me yet. But I told support keep the money I'm done, after numerous times not getting my order. I work 3rd shift at a mall in security, the mall is a circle is this a hard concept for drivers to understand, drive around the building and you'll find me. I've never had issues ever with Doordash or Grubhub so I'll thick with them for now on. Also I'm so annoyed by the incompetence that I'm laso going for now on use Lyft too. So you lost a customer on both ends of your app....Congratulations

I will never order out again after my experience with this company. The other night I ordered two combo plates by accident. I had intended to only buy one. The owner of the restaurant saw that I had ordered two plates instead of one and sent me just one plate and asked me to contact Uber Eats and request a refund. Keep in mind I had not asked for over 3 years now. I am a loyal well paying customer. Or at least I was until this happened. I called Uber Eats and requested the refund which they promptly denied. No shock there. The restaurant owner contacted Uber Eats also and explained that he had only sent me one combo plate and not two and asked again for a refund for me. Once again, Uber Eats denied the restaurant owner's request. I mean the guy who owned the restaurant admits that he only sent me one plate and not 2 yet Uber Eats still refused to provide my refund. It is a miracle that this company is still in busineess given the way they treat loyal paying customers like me. Well now I'm a former customer. I hope the money are going to lose by driving me away is worth the money they would have lost if they had given me my momey back. Stay away from this place. I hope that the way they treat their customers will eventually put them out of business.

Ordered a pizza, left special instructions for only half the pizza to have pineapple on it. Got the pizza, opened the box and was met by pizza fully covered with pineapple.

I loved having frutta bowls delivered. They hav not paid them so now I can't get delivery of frutta bowls to the pool in the summer. I even found out uber eats refuses to pay them!

I was gifted an Uber Eats gift card that seems to have been redeemed to my account, however, for some reason my Uber Cash payment method became unusable to make any purchases on my account despite having plenty available balance. I have been back and forth with customer support on both in chat and over the phone for 6 days now and still with no resolution. Chat support states that my payment method is suspended, pinks the terms and conditions and gives no reasoning for the suspension. When i proceed to ask them why the payment method was suspended I get the following reposted: "I've reviewed your account, and we will not be lifting the suspension on this payment method at this time. Please see our Terms of Use for more information. Please let us know if this doesn't straighten out the issue and we can take a second look." Each time I ask why this is the case they proceed to give me the EXACT SAME RESPONSE. I then called their support number hoping they could shed some light on this issue and not only can they not even see why this issue is occurring, I keep getting the run around with the issue resolution. I person told me they would be contact the gift card company to see if they could refund it, another person said i needed to have 2 payment methods on my account in addition to the uber cash balance to be able to use, another said that wasn't true. Each of them said they'd be escalating the issue, where i then later that day or so get some random chat support message telling me theres nothing they can do or telling me they'll help me find the pin of the gift which isnt even the issue. I called again today asking to speak to a supervisor and was first told they could get a supervisor to reach out and then was told they could because of the issue, then was told the supervisor will call me with 24hrs - all in 1 call with the same person. Absolutely the worst support service. Now ive got a wasted $50 gift card on my account i cant even use.

DO NOT USE UBER EATS APP! I placed my first order only by entering in my post code . Somehow, the app also got a phone number that was not mine , so i never got the order . UBER EATS refuses to reimburse me !!!! the app is a SCAM

I literally just used them for the first time tonight. I have heard so many horror stories, but did not want to get out. I ordered for me and my children ( 45 min before the Mexican rest. closed). I seen where it said she ( driver) was waiting on the food and then 5 moin later someone she was at my home??? I do not live 2 min away..... She then calle dme and said she was at some type of business. I text her my address. She put it in her phone and said she was on the way ( 5 miles away). She then blocked my number and cancelled my order and said she could not get a hold of me!!!!! I am infuriated to say the least. How are these people still in business. She literally stole my food and then blocked my number!!!!! I tried to call ( but no cust. service number and tried to chat, but no chat. You just send a message and wait to hear something back. I hope they go bankrupt real soon and even get sued by all the wrong doings this company continues to get a way with..... Hire real people and not contract them out!!! You have the worse business and customer service Ive dealt with in a VERY LONG TIME.

The driver rang my doorbell and took off with my order. I have had many issue with this app. I spoke with a supervisor and was advised the would not refund me. How is this legal. $34.00 gone they are not even accredited with the BBB. Watch were you spend your money. This is highway robbery.

Your driver(name:honest) left our order at an other address number and took a foto where he left it. And when we got there there was no parcel. And we lost our money to so incompetent driver that can't find the right address number and he was in a rush to complete the order without confirming the order number where he left the parcel...so thanks for your crappy service. Will not recommend this Uber eats to any person... lost money and time for your mistake.

Charged for cancelled order when merchant did not have my order. Merchant told me they did not have it and told me to go to customer support to cancel. Bc merchant accepted my order and I am the one who cancelled I was charged $17.55 for cancelling. Spoke to multiple customer service reps who said sorry but that's the policy

I would give negative review if possible. Uber eat is a ridiculous company, I noticed the driver delivered my order to the WRONG HOUSE right after he uploaded the photo, tried to contact the driver on the app. but no way to contact if he marked delivered. Contacted to customer services via app and phone. They ignored whatever I said. I have a screenshot of the photo that driver uploaded and took a photo of my house in case for uber eat investigate, BUT they refused and not allow me to send them any photos. They are blaming on me, I put the wrong address, or I am the one responsible even the driver delivered to the wrong house. PLEASE DO NOT USE UBER EATS, place the order directly from the restaurant or use other carrier. Eventually, they do not care at all.
