Liars, Scammers and thieves. Customer service sucks! Deliverers are eating customers paid food and pimping tips! All you third party delivery eat needs to be discontinued, done delivering.

**Terrible Service and Poor Communication** Bad application compared to others. They have zero communication skills and service. I made an order through them, and after clicking submit, I noticed the selected address was my work. Within a few seconds, I clicked cancel to amend the address to my home. They charged me but didn’t deliver my order to either my home or work. I contacted the restaurant, and they were helpful, but when I started chatting with the Uber Eats agent and explained the situation, it felt like I was talking to a robot. The agent just repeated the issue as if copying and pasting, then closed the chat while I was still typing. It seems they don’t want to work. Worst service ever. Since my favorite restaurant is only available on this app, I will never order from them again. I’d rather not order my favorite meal because of them. So shameful. I went through low-rated reviews to see if I was the only one who had a bad experience and was surprised that most reviewers faced the same issue. I think they should take these bad ratings and reviews into consideration to improve their performance.

I ordered a meal for my family and received a call from the driver asking me how to get to my house. I explained and because I did not know how to speak Spanish my food was returned after waiting a hour. Everyone needs a job maybe you can offer a button that could be used for different languages for the drivers. This way more people would enjoy using Uber. As a company when you are aware of language barriers you can simplify the up so the driver can choose his/her language.

Noticed as soon as I ordered it was going to the wrong address. Immediately selected change address and it said it couldn't I like to cancel. I then cancelled, all in less than 30 seconds and it told me it was going to charge me over $34 because the food was already accepted. I then repeated the order with the correct address and called the restaurant to have them send both orders, they said they only had one order and UberEats had only sent one, so basically, they just stole my $34. I tried dealing with their chat and they said I waited more than 5 minutes which is a complete lie, and they ended the chat so I couldn't respond. I wish I would of waited to cancel because then I would of had both orders and the restaurant would have gotten my money instead of this horrible company. I deleted the app and removed the autopay from PayPal and will never deal with them again. Looking at the rating here I can see that this company has lots of issues and isn't doing well.

They got the order wrong and won’t stand behind the refund the customer service people don’t know what they are doing either and cannot authorize a refund. Then, when you ask to speak to a supervisor they say they are never here. But , they will call you back to no avail. Customer service is horrible and I would use any other delivery service not Uber Eats.

I ordered from the restaurant and the place was in NY, I live in NJ and I cancelled a minute after the order was placed and called the restaurant too. Customers service are rude and unprofessional…..please never order through Uber Eats again. Thieves. Didn't get items I paid for. Was told I was not eligible for refund. Scumbag company…I am disputing the transaction with my bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company and it is fraudulent that they steal money from people when you don’t receive your items and will not authorize refunds. I can’t believe that is even legal.

Places an order at the wrong store and canceled it right away because it was the wrong store and it was a pick up order. They did not want to give me my money back. After I had already placed another order at the correct store. I was charge 2 times for same order and they refuse to refund me my mo way back on one of my orders. I am done with Uber.

I want to give 0 stars worst customer service ever i ordered BOGO OFFER but didn’t get it so cancelled the order and didn’t get the refund and then call customer service she didn’t even listen to me and keep on speaking and then hung up.

Everytime my kids order from Uber eats they either take their food or don't deliver it at all. They bring the wrong food and then take pictures like if they delivered and take the food back. Like wtf. And then it's a hassle to get a refund

I realized one minute after that I had the wrong address and I canceled the order for the convenience store pick up. One Maybe not even a minute. They would not refund me my money they would not let me speak to customer service representative. This is not the first time this happened.

Subject: Unfair Cancellation Fee for Driver's Incompetence I'm extremely disappointed with my recent Uber Eats experience. I had to cancel my order because the delivery driver got lost and couldn't find my destination. Despite this being entirely the driver's fault, I was charged a cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't be penalized for a service failure on Uber Eats' part. I expect a refund for the cancellation fee and a review of this unfair policy. This experience has made me seriously reconsider using Uber Eats in the future.

Absolutely distrustful. Their display times for food delivery are complete lies and their customer service is absolutely useless. There should be laws that stop Uber eats from being able to operate.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Uber Eats. The driver once again picked up my order then cancelled it for no reason and took my order back to the store. Uber then charges a restocking fee of $25 and I have to call to get it refunded back to me even though it was all due to the driver not delivering my order. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I never will again.

Pay attention to subtotal, total and tip they add on to your subtotal the addition is always wrong it will say no delivery fee than at the total will add on a delivery fee if you are not paying attention their robbing you

Company ripped me off 35 dollars... Deliver wrong items and changed me for the original ones... $4.12 a pack for noodles each is what I was robbed for. 50 bucks for 15.25 worth of noodles. Scammers

They no longer even pretend to care. I received wrong items in my order and was told the order was "not eligible for a refund". No explanation. I'm done this time, cancelled my membership and I'm receiving far superior service via Skip and Lyft. Be gone, Uber.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited over an hour for my food to arrive, but it never did. To make matters worse, I tried to contact the restaurant directly, but couldn't get through to anyone. Reaching out to Uber Eats support was equally frustrating. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, their support team was unhelpful and did not provide any resolution. All I wanted was to enjoy a meal, but instead, I wasted my time and money. This kind of service is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the order that never arrived and a more reliable support system in the future. I am deeply dissatisfied and will think twice before using Uber Eats again.
